We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were impressed by the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff, particularly Carlos Bega, who went above and beyond to provide us with great tips and assistance. The hotel also offered a variety of services, such as airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, which enhanced our overall experience. The room amenities, including a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi, were a nice addition, and we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy patio with colibrís. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent my New Year at a peaceful small house up on the hills. Loved the fact that it had great views from outside. the complimentary coffee at the patio every morning and the well-maintained bathroom were a major plus. the staff was wonderful and friendly, always willing to help out whenever they could. the location was perfect, situated just a few minutes away from the town.

The pillows on the bed were not that comfortable, and the street leading up to the house was very steep making it hard to walk. there was no reception to help me out, only a code to enter the house which was a bit tricky to get used to.

My recent stay at Capital O Casa Santa Fe was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any request. I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning, which I enjoyed in the cozy patio while watching colibrís. The location was excellent, with great views from outside the hotel. While the street was steep, it was not a problem as I used a taxi to get there. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Capital O Casa Santa Fe to others.
