We had such a great time staying at Casa Tota! The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, with reasonably priced drinks and delicious food. The staff provided excellent service, especially the pleasant and helpful front desk. The property itself was well-kept with beautiful, clean rooms and a stylish design. Plus, when we had a plumbing issue in our first room, they quickly moved us to a new one and even offered us drinks for the inconvenience. we were very pleased with our stay!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Another advantage was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, with generous portions and a variety of tasty options.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the room I stayed in was cold and stark, lacking any warmth or coziness.

The room was basic but had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and made every attempt to communicate. Leon at the front desk was our go-to guy and helped us with recommendations and booked a tour. The onsite restaurant was great with live music. We found music and people to socialize with every night. Casa Tota is in a great location, allowing us to walk everywhere in the small town.

Luxurious amenities, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool was refreshing and the restaurant had delicious food. Although it was a bit cool during our stay, the hotel staff provided extra blankets upon request. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

As a backpacker, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. The restaurant staff were also super friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's proximity to everything in town was a major plus for me. Additionally, the delicious meals I had at the restaurant were a highlight of my stay. The parking was free and convenient, making it easy for me to explore the area.

The hotel had beautiful rooftop lounge areas with breathtaking views. the restaurant served the best food in the area, even better than the famous California Hotel Restaurant. the location was perfect, with a coffee shop just a two-minute walk away for morning coffee and scones. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The hotel staff was slow and rarely smiled, giving off the impression that they didn't care about their guests. There were issues with communication, as the staff didn't follow up on reported problems with the room's lighting and TV.
