When it came to sound, the noise isolation wasn’t great; I appreciated the complimentary snacks and daily replenishment. A fridge would have been a great addition. The coffee shop in the hotel was convenient for breakfast, despite not being a full breakfast room.

I was really bummed when I checked in, only to find out the TV didn’t work. I reported it, and after a few visits from staff, I learned it wouldn’t be fixed for 24 hours. So frustrating!

Location is central, pretty close to Boston Common, and public transport is just a few minutes away. Staff is friendly and helpful, plus there’s a great coffee spot in the lobby. Free bike rentals and awesome fitness center too.

The staff is commendable; they swiftly corrected the initial errors. I was placed in a standard room instead of the executive king I booked. The heat failed the first night, leaving me frozen. After a morning complaint, they upgraded me to a king corner room without hesitation, which was appreciated. The corner room’s bed was plush and provided an excellent night's sleep. While breakfast at George Howell’s was enjoyable, I was disappointed to find no fridge in the room. The hotel has a lively ambiance and a better central location than expected. Front desk interactions could improve, especially for a $500-per-night rate. a solid option with room for enhancement.

The Godfrey Hotel Boston impressed me with its beautiful, clean rooms and friendly staff who remembered us from our last visit.

The staff are top-notch and genuinely care about your experience. The bakery has some of the best pastries, and the cafe is a lifesaver for caffeine fixes.

Just keep an eye on those sneaky extra charges for Wi-Fi and refreshments.

I absolutely loved how this place was a short 5-minute walk to Boston Common and only a leisurely stroll away from the vibrant Faneuil Hall and the Seaport District, making it a dream for anyone who loves wandering around the city; plus, the comfy beds and nice bathrooms made for a cozy stay while the staff were always friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience but I would have wished for a bit more variety in the breakfast options.
