We had an incredible stay at the hotel. the mountain setting was stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan requests. the s'mores hour on the plaza was a delightful experience. The funicular ride from the gatehouse to the main hotel was a unique and cool feature that we enjoyed. Cons: Couldn't have been more pleased.

Room upgrade upon arrival, spacious and clean rooms with stunning mountain views. Outdoor pool with attentive waitstaff. Surprise decorations, snacks, and flowers for wedding night. Delicious room service, especially the cheeseburger. S'mores hour with vegan marshmallows available. Funicular ride from gatehouse to main building.

Convenient ski in/out location. Beautiful views of the mountains. the ski rental and ski valet service was effortless, putting on boots and laying skis in the snow was great.

The shuttle service was disorganized, with delays and lack of communication. Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn't respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign.

This hotel is a luxurious experience from start to finish. We were impressed with the exclusive amenities, including the beautiful Spa & Wellness Centre with a Turkish bath and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was particularly stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountain landscape. the massage treatments were top, notch, and we left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. the location was also a major plus, with ski, in/ski, out access and a complimentary shuttle service to explore the nearby town.

The only negative aspect we experienced was a minor issue with the restaurant service. While the food was delicious and the restaurant ambiance was lovely, the wait staff was slow and seemed disinterested in providing top, notch service.
