Always returning for city break. First stay staff helped with money exchange. Perfect with Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, outdoor pool, air conditioning. Great cots, ski services, fitness center, spa & massage, golf, skiing. Express check, in/, out, bar/restaurant, pets allowed, no smoking policy. You need it? They have it!.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. the mountain setting was stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan requests. the s'mores hour on the plaza was a delightful experience. The funicular ride from the gatehouse to the main hotel was a unique and cool feature that we enjoyed. Cons: Couldn't have been more pleased.

We're eager to return in winter for the unique ski-in lower level experience and for the exciting funicular ride from the gatehouse to the main hotel. Cons: Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Finding the correct entrance gate proved to be a bit of a challenge, but can't fault the hotel for Google's confusion.

Room upgrade upon arrival, spacious and clean rooms with stunning mountain views. Outdoor pool with attentive waitstaff. Surprise decorations, snacks, and flowers for wedding night. Delicious room service, especially the cheeseburger. S'mores hour with vegan marshmallows available. Funicular ride from gatehouse to main building.

Convenient ski in/out location. Beautiful views of the mountains. the ski rental and ski valet service was effortless, putting on boots and laying skis in the snow was great.

The shuttle service was disorganized, with delays and lack of communication. Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn't respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign.
