We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed, including a mall just across the road. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available at our convenience. The shuttle service was an added bonus, and the fact that it was free made it even better. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The terrace provided a lovely view, and the in-room safe gave us peace of mind. The in-room air conditioning and the soft towels, as well as the free toiletries, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The television with cable/satellite channels and the AM/FM alarm clock were nice touches as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the luggage storage was convenient. The 24-hour reception and 24-hour security added to our peace of mind, and the bar/lounge area and restaurant were great places to relax and grab a bite to eat. The snack bar and coffee shop were also appreciated. we were extremely satisfied with the facilities and services available here.

Spent Easter here and had a great time! the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. the location is perfect, just a short walk to great places to eat and shop. the hotel offered complementary breakfast and shuttle service, which was a nice bonus. the rooms were clean and cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. And did I mention the rooftop pool? Such a great way to relax after a busy day.

That there was no gym on-site. the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which made it difficult to do work from our rooms.
