The upscale mall nearby was another bonus. The staff was very friendly and the rates were affordable. The room amenities were great, including the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the in-room safe. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service and free airport shuttle, which made our travel much easier. we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time here.

Having a gas station right next door was convenient, and the new general hospital within walking distance gave us peace of mind. The nearby Galerias Zacatecas shopping mall with its cinema complex was a great addition. Walmart, Soriana, and downtown were easily reachable by taxi or the hotel's shuttle service. The reception was also helpful in arranging day trips to explore the sights in Zacatecas. we had a very pleasant experience at City Express Zacatecas.
