The hotel had a fantastic location, right in the heart of all the action. We were able to walk to the beach and the nearby shops, which was ideal. the pool area was amazing and a great place to relax. the staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. the room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

The hotel was noisy, but we were expecting that given its prime location. the downside was the loud pop music playing throughout the day.

The venue radiates a luxurious and chic vibe, adorned with elegant decor. the top, notch service endears you to this hotel instantly. the spa and wellness centre's full, body massage was the epitome of relaxation, and the swimming pool was the perfect temperature. the rooftop pool's sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The nights were a little noisy due to the hotel's proximity to San Pancho's main street. Nonetheless, the earplugs provided by the hotel solved the issue.
