As young people, we loved the resort's amazing beach with soft sand and gentle waves. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel special. The food was excellent and the rooms were beautiful.

The facilities at the resort were great for families. The day care facility was fun for the kids and the staff made us feel special. The food was excellent and the room service was top notch. The location and view were amazing, especially from the balcony with the hot jet tub. The beach was also very nice.

During our stay at Alltra, my wife and I had an amazing experience. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I remember when I had a medical emergency and needed to see a doctor, the concierge quickly arranged transportation and ensured I received prompt and excellent care. They even offered to have food delivered to me at the clinic. The level of service and care was truly outstanding.

Although we did encounter a few minor drawbacks during our stay, such as the occasional inconsistency in restaurant schedules and the need to request restocking of the mini fridge, the overall experience at Alltra was exceptional. The attentive and friendly staff, coupled with the clean facilities and accessible accommodations, made our stay truly memorable.

They knew I was celebrating my honeymoon and celebrated us every time, no matter where we were in the hotel. Soggiornare in questo bellissimo maso di montagna è stato un'esperienza incredibile. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e pulitissima, con un balcone che offriva una vista mozzafiato sulla valle sottostante. La colazione era abbondante e offriva una vasta scelta di prodotti di qualità. L'accoglienza familiare e premurosa dei proprietari ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Inoltre, la posizione del maso tra le montagne aggiungeva un tocco magico al nostro soggiorno.

L'unica piccola nota negativa è che non c'era un bollitore dell'acqua nelle stanze o in un ambiente comune per preparare una bevanda calda nelle ore tarde.

The resort had a great database room, comfortable facilities, and excellent food. The staff was amazing, and they even delivered a special birthday cake for my child. The location was good, and the day care facility was fun for a few hours.

The beach was beautiful and kept clean. The staff were kind and accommodating, even taking care of my food allergies without any issues. The resort grounds were well-maintained and the rooms were a nice size. The highlight of our stay was the assistance we received from Hector, the amazing concierge. He made sure we had some privacy in our room and went above and beyond to ensure we had a better dining experience on our last night. I would recommend this hotel.
