i previously stayed in naperville and this time, fairfield inn really exceeded my expectations. the spacious room was a pleasant surprise and the breakfast was decent despite some limitations. overall, my experience was enjoyable and value for money was great during this short visit.

elevator was not operational during stay.

Elevators were out of service, leaving me to lug my bags upstairs!!! Improvements such as better maintenance on amenities would be appreciated!!! Cleanliness in common areas could also use attention!!!

However, the breakfast was just okay, and the accessibility features need improvement, as my family faced challenges with our room selection. A bit more attention to details like staff responsiveness could enhance the experience. Great for families despite some areas needing attention.

what an absolute disappointment! the carpets were dirty, and the air conditioning was non-existent—i felt like i was in a sauna. after paying a premium for my stay, i woudl ve been thrilled with just a hint of special treatment, but no one even acknowledged my struggles. breakfast was a joke too, just don’t bother.

The location was convenient with restaurants nearby.

we had a good time staying here. the staff was super nice and always helpful, especially with breakfast. the breakfast had lots of choices like eggs and waffles that were yummy. the room was clean and comfy, and the location is perfect for grabbing food nearby. also loved the big tv for movie night!

but the pool was closed, and that was a letdown for the kids. oh, and there was a weird smell in the hallway that was kinda gross.

during my stay, I loved that it was only a short walk to a variety of restaurants like the White Chocolate Grill, and I was thrilled to discover that the Riverwalk, with its scenic views, was just under 4 km away for a lovely stroll.

It was just a prime choice for a brief retreat in Naperville with value for money. Breakfast was fine, and I appreciated the easy parking situation. Try to arrive early if you want the best breakfast options.
