the food options felt limited and not very accommodating for dietary restrictions. staff were frequently uncheerful and seemed overwhelmed during peak hours.

The beach is lekker, nice and spacious with plenty of sun loungers. Staff were friendly, especially the drink service from Suemi on the beach—she was a legend! Had a fab candlelight dinner on the sand, really made our night special!

Only downside was the noise from other guests—definitely need to vasbyt when drunk chommies are around.

The beachfront junior suite offered great ocean views, but the plumbing needed improvement, with issues like taps spilling over the edge. Access to the beach was nice, yet the lounging spots were often claimed by others, making it tough to find a spot to relax. It's suitable for a short stay if you prioritize food and drink, but may not be ideal for those seeking activities and prompt service.

Beautiful grounds, exceptional food, with delicious breakfast offerings that fueled my day of exploration and easy beach access enhancing the overall experience.

I enjoyed the beautiful grounds with meandering paths and hammocks. The Asian restaurant served fantastic beef filet and seafood spaghetti. Beach beds were available if I arrived early. The staff worked hard keeping the beach clean, and the man-made border reduced sargassum, creating a calm lagoon for swimming. 🌊

I loved how my stay was just a short walk away from Xpu-Ha Beach, making it super easy to enjoy beach strolls and soak in the sun. Being only about 900 meters from Playa Saasil Kantenah allowed me to explore another gorgeous spot along the coast and discover some picturesque views.

I loved the junior suite we stayed in for seven nights, and the golf cart drivers made traveling around the property a blast! The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was that the disco music could be heard a bit late at night, so maybe bring some earplugs just in case. 😊

Amazing resort, relaxing atmosphere, with friendly staff who greeted us warmly and made us feel at home, while enjoying delicious breakfast options that fueled our daily explorations, thanks to the convenient location just a short drive from Cancun airport.

Nothing not to love

I did wish for less seaweed everywhere—guess the beach wanted a snack! And, can someone tell the food service to stop playing musical chairs with the room service temperatures?
