The hotel is a great base for those who love to explore, with fantastic restaurants and cafes just a few steps away, such as Parc Brasserie and Miel Patisserie, and major attractions like Independence Hall and the Philadelphia Museum of Art just a short stroll away, making it easy to soak in the rich culture and history of Philadelphia. The trendy decor and cozy rooms add to the experience, but I did notice the carpet outside my room could use a little attention.

The lobby is so inviting, I felt right at home. My room was spacious, with the comfiest bed I've ever slept in! The nearby restaurants served delicious food that made my stay even better.

Great central location! Loved the big king bed with tons of pillows. The gym's decent for a hotel, but no full-sized barbell. Super clean, kind staff that helped us find places to walk to. There's a handy parking garage nearby. The on-site dining options were really good too!

The hotel has a great location with easy access to public transport for family outings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel more comfortable.

Had a great time during our new year at the hotel. Room was spacious and quiet, the beds were super comfy, ideal for a large city stay. Perfectly situated near Rittenhouse Square with many top-notch restaurants within a short walk.

On the flip side, the room had issues with air conditioning and maintenance. Despite multiple room changes, encountered problems with smoke alarms, and dirty bathroom fixtures, which was disappointing.

The room was quite small at 220 ft² and felt dark, lacking sufficient heating. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ideal for a prolonged lie-in. I noted outdated decor, with scuffed paint and worn window coverings. It was a bit noisy due to an ice machine running throughout the night. I was surprised by the absence of USB ports and the presence of an outdated iHome. Temperature control was nonexistent, making for an uncomfortable stay. The requested sofa bed was missing initially, requiring a room change that detracted from the experience.

🎢 the location was amazing - next to everything food bars pizza, and the room service was extremely friendly and helpful. But the rooms were outdated and didn't match the pictures. 😕
