During my recent stay at Gran Hotel Ciudad De Mexico, I was amazed by the beautiful view of the Zocalo. The breathtaking scenery from the terrace restaurant made every meal feel extra special. The food served was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The servers were friendly and made my birthday celebration truly memorable. The hotel itself is a historical gem, with stunning architecture and a rich heritage. The ceiling and chandelier were particularly stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for its beauty and fantastic location.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our Christmas stay. It was right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. We loved being able to step outside and immediately be in the midst of the hustle and bustle. the beautiful stained glass lobby and old-fashioned lifts were a charming touch that added to the overall ambiance. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests.

One aspect that we didn't enjoy as much was the reception staff. We found them to be too corporate and slick, which gave off a slightly impersonal vibe.

Our stay at Gran Hotel Ciudad De Mexico was wonderful! We stayed for a week and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel's design is classy and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic, making it convenient for all our trips around the city. Our room overlooked the plaza, allowing us to witness the breathtaking raising and lowering ceremonies of the flag daily. The staff was fabulous, and although there wasn't a concierge, they provided us with useful guidance for exploring the city. The room was luxurious with a variety of pillows to choose from, and the brunch upstairs offered a delicious mix of Mexican and international dishes. The hotel's proximity to a pedestrian promenade filled with designer stores was also a bonus for us shoppers.

Majestic lobby, smooth check-in, nice breakfast, cheap lunch, fascinating rooftop terrace. Toilet paper tasted like talcum powder. Room 106 almost perfect as per our booking instructions. We'll always stay here in Mexico!

My room had a balcony overlooking a lively street, with musicians playing every evening. The lobby was stunning with a Tiffany stained-glass ceiling and charming 20th-century paintings. The rooftop terrace provided an unforgettable view of the city. Breakfast was included and satisfactory. I'll definitely recommend this hotel despite some minor downsides.

They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until I left. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I was able to easily walk to many popular attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, the room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of work.

One minor downside was that the noise from the street could be a bit loud at times, especially in the evenings. However, it wasn't too big of an issue and only lasted until around 10pm.
