I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was modern, comfortable, and kept sparkling clean throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and a safe surrounding area. The staff treated me with kindness and were always helpful.

The food for breakfast could use some improvements, especially in terms of variety and temperature.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Edgar, Alma, Lalo, Claudia. The breakfast selection was great, with a mix of American and Mexican items. The location was fabulous, and the overall experience was fantastic. We even had transportation to PVR for a family trip.

The sunsets in this Pacific Coast hotel were absolutely stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. the staff were incredibly attentive to every detail and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. We especially appreciated the prompt drink service at the pool, with delicious drinks that hit the spot. Additionally, the dinner options at the various restaurants were not only delicious, but the atmosphere at each one was delightful. the wine choices were also impressive. we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. One more advantage that we loved was the spa experience, which was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. the mani/pedi treatment was top-notch and added an extra touch of pampering.

There were a couple of negative aspects to note. upon arrival, we found ants and flying bugs in our room, which was a disappointing start to our stay.

Clean hotel, professional staff, comfortable rooms after mattress rotation. Good quality beef at dinner. Super clean restrooms, amazing service, big pools, nice kids areas, gym. Kid-friendly but doesn't interfere with adult activities. Planning to return with our 2-year-old. Cool surfer town nearby, 45-minute drive.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and housekeeping came three times a day to ensure the room was always tidy. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a great selection of restaurants and entertainment options. The breakfast at the Market Cafe was delicious, and the staff there were very cheerful and helpful. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and plenty of daily activities to enjoy.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Hard Rock Hotel in Nuevo Vallarta. We were celebrating our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent and the wifi was reliable. The hotel is kid-friendly without being overwhelming, and we can't wait to bring our 2-year-old on our next trip. The room was modern and comfortable, and the housekeeping was attentive. The breakfast at The Market and the Italian restaurant Ciao! were both delicious. The entertainment staff kept the pool fun, and we enjoyed the shows in the outdoor auditorium. it was a great experience!

I had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the nearby amphitheater's lively performances that went on into the late evening hours. I loved how the small waterfalls were not just in a corner, but actually moving around, creating a soothing atmosphere. The beautiful beach of Nuevo was perfect for relaxing early in the morning, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

The beach service at times was slow, and improvements could be made in this area.

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel for our anniversary trip and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly kind and the rooms were very nice. The hotel had a great location with a nice place to run or jog outside. The pools were big and the kids club was a fantastic option for children. The meals and drinks were delicious, and we loved the Brazilian restaurant. the hotel was clean, the service was superb, and the gym was big and clean. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

The complimentary drinks and beach towels were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main attractions and the beach. the pool area was very pleasant and we enjoyed the music selection.

The hotel room was not cleaned well, we encountered bugs and dirty sheets. the food quality was poor, especially at the buffet.

From the moment we arrived, we were pampered by the attentive and friendly staff at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities that fulfilled all our needs. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the Spa & wellness centre provided excellent treatments that helped us to relax.

One of the buffet restaurants was quite crowded and the service was slow.
