Excellent amenities and superb staff! Our stay was great overall with plenty of amenities to keep us comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always welcoming and attentive to our needs. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which had great food and a lovely setting. The location is also excellent, close to all the key sights and attractions we wanted to visit.

Disappointing pool and rooftop bar. Unfortunately, we were looking forward to enjoying the pool and rooftop bar during our business trip, only to find out they were not open for the duration of our stay.

The staff’s service is impeccable, offering full body massages and beauty treatments at the Spa Lounge. The rooftop pool has breathtaking views and sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel also provides private facilities exclusively for guests.

The location has limited entertainment, and the nearest interesting area is the Pearl which is not in walking distance. The restaurant has a slow service and a limited menu, but the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area make up for it.

The room was beautifully decorated with modern art and had a pleasant ambiance. It was spacious with two large TVs and a separate shower and tub. The views from the rooftop bar and pool were stunning. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free.

I had a minor issue with the room not being properly cleaned upon arrival, with an unmade bed and towels on the floor. However, the staff was quick to rectify the situation and ensured that the rest of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
