The comfort of my stay was enhanced by the hotel's prime access, as it was within a short stroll from great spots like the Shreveport Aquarium just 300 meters away and the vibrant Red River District which was only 750 meters away, making it ideal for leisurely walks; plus, the relaxing river view from my room was a charming bonus and the staff's friendliness added to the welcoming atmosphere, which was perfect for the restful weekend I needed, although the rooms could use some upgrades to truly match the beauty of the surroundings.

The staff was genuinely friendly and empathetic, constantly apologizing for the inconveniences. the handicap room was a safety hazard with slippery rugs and insufficient support bars. The pet policy was misleading; I faced disappointment when my cats weren’t allowed after being charged extra. The cleanliness of the place fell short—dirty carpets, brown crud in the tub, and used items left behind in the room painted a less than inviting picture. I expected more for the price, especially the absence of microwaves in the rooms, and overall, the property felt neglected and in need of serious improvements.

The room had a musty smell, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Plus, there were zero garbage cans, so I had to use a plastic bag for trash!

The king room offered a spacious layout and a high floor view. Noise levels were manageable, but the bed wasn't comfortable. The pillows had stains and the mattress felt worn. Temperature control worked adequately, yet the overall air quality was poor. The bathroom had noticeable dust and hair from previous guests, raising cleanliness concerns. Even with room service, the quality of food didn’t match expectations. Although the hotel had potential with great restaurant options, the service fell short, leading to a frustrating experience. Attention to detail in housekeeping is an area needing improvement for a better stay.

The staff was super friendly and helped with everything. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for the kids.

Bally’s Shreveport offers a convenient location and friendly staff, enhancing the experience. The poker room buzzes with exciting games, and the food service is impressively quick. Plus, free parking is a fantastic bonus. cleanliness in the rooms could use significant improvement.

Spacious rooms for a comfortable stay. The elegant interior design, upscale stores, and restaurants add a touch of luxury to the experience. The location is ideal for exploring the city and nearby attractions, making it convenient.

The lack of room amenities like a microwave can be inconvenient wanting to heat up food. Some staff members were not approachable, and the service did not meet the expected four-star standard.

The beauty treatments gave me life, and the sports betting had me on the edge of my seat. Feeling like a celebrity with every spa treatment and every slot machine. A diverse experience, indeed!

My idea of fun is outdated machines and holey towels.
