the room had all the facilities I needed and the breakfast spread was amazing with high-quality food. the highlight of my stay was definitely the pool and bar area. I spent two days just lounging by the pool and enjoying the great cocktails. the bar staff were always excited to create special drinks for me, including an impromptu tequila tasting. I also appreciated the bicycles available for easy exploration of the area. I had a wonderful time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

They provide free beach towels. The rooms are spacious and have ample bathroom space. The staff is extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. The food and facilities are impressive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location couldn't have been better - right on the beach with the sound of the waves as our wake-up call. It was also conveniently located near Hartwood and other great dining spots. the staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist us. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, including a safe, hairdryer, and a lovely terrace. the breakfast options were simple but delicious, with a variety of fruits, toast, omelettes, and juices to choose from. the modern and spacious style of the hotel, along with the beautiful pool and bar area, added to our overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all the main attractions. It's away from the noise but still close to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a big shower and easy-to-control water temperatures. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast options are great, with a wide variety of delicious Mexican dishes. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing.

The wifi is only available in the common areas and not in the rooms.

The breakfast was good and they offered complimentary beach towels which was handy for our day trip. the location was convenient as it was close to shops and attractions. Another advantage is that the beds were comfortable.

We also accidentally spilled a drink in the room and used a towel to clean it up, and were charged $17 USD for the dirty towel.

We had a wonderful stay at this place located just in front of a supermarket and near the beach. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, fulfilling our special request to connect our TV to the internet to watch Netflix. The service was impeccable, and room amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar added to our overall comfort. The leisure swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring touristic attractions located nearby.

This venue had great service, friendly staff, and excellent amenities, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The breakfast at Hm was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We love that they offer made-to-order omelettes and the smoothies were refreshing. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. a great way to start the day. Apart from the great breakfast, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was just a short walk away from the shopping mall area and a cool shopping strip. With everything in close proximity, it made exploring the city very convenient.

the hotel had an excellent pool area and the bar prices were surprisingly affordable. Our junior suite with a balcony was spacious and lovely. One thing that impressed me was the lack of noise from inside the hotel, which was a first for me in Mexico. the staff were friendly and even helped us connect the TV in our room to the internet so we could watch Netflix. the breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the convenience of being walking distance from both the beach and 5th Street. it was a great experience.
