My experience at HM Playa del Carmen was really frustrating. We faced a lot of issues, like the WiFi being spotty around the pool area. The room amenities fell short. they didn’t refill our water bottles or bathroom tissues, which was incredibly inconvenient. On top of that, we could hear everything in the hallway, and I felt like I was in a noisy dorm rather than a hotel. Also, despite the appealing location, the staff's inconsistent service just left a sour taste, particularly with one embarrassing incident at the bar that was poorly handled.

i had a great experience at hm during my previous stay in playa del carmen. the cozy room comfort exceeded my expectations, especially the spaciousness and comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, from fresh fruits to hot dishes.

It was quite irritating to have to redo check-in information despite checking in online!!! The late checkout fee was absurd!!! Plus, hearing footsteps from above made my stay far less relaxing than expected!!!

The brekkie was incredible with so many options! I’m still dreaming about those eggs 😋. And the pool area was such a chill spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Totally loved the friendly staff who always had a smile and helped us out whenever we needed, sharp-sharp!

It is a welcoming hotel with a charming pool area surrounded by lush greenery and an inviting bar serving delicious cocktails, and the attentive staff ensures a fantastic breakfast experience with fresh juices and a variety of hot options!

Chur, the pool area was a beaut spot to chill, but the loud AC kept me up heaps at night. Would've loved better breakfast options too.

Our stay in the junior suite with terrace and city view was unforgettable! The pool area was absolutely stunning, with a surprisingly well-priced bar that added to the experience. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, barely any noise from inside the hotel, and the friendly staff even helped us connect our TV to the internet for Netflix.

The pool bar was a fantastic spot for drinks, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The noise from the generator really affected our sleep quality. Don't miss the happy hour specials! Definitely a neat place otherwise.

This hotel has a great location, just two blocks from the famous avenues,, and the pool is a fantastic spot to chill with the kids, especially with a bar right there serving fresh cocktails and snacks. The staff were always friendly, and I especially appreciated how Mrs Ana went the extra mile for my kids, leaving them little towel animals that they just loved.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but,, with everything it offers, it’s still acceptable.

Oh my gosh, the breakfast was, like, super awesome! I mean, they had all these dope options every morning. I loved chilling by the pool, so pretty and clean! Just wish the room wasn’t so humid, kinda made it tough to sleep. But honestly, the staff was rad! Totally made the stay enjoyable.

The room was comfy, especially the bed! Loved how spacious everything felt, and the AC worked great. Shower pressure was solid, too. The only thing was some noise from the hallway, but it wasn’t too bad. Definitely had a chill vibe overall. Would stay again!
