The Whitney Hotel Boston Reviews
The staff was super friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to assist us. They even recommended great places to visit and dine at during our stay. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, making it easy for us to get to any destination we wanted. The hotel lobby and restaurant were also very impressive, and the brunch menu was exceptional. Plus, the hotel was very clean and we appreciated the luxury bathroom amenities.
There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. Firstly, there was very little closet space in our room, which made it difficult for us to store our belongings properly. Secondly, we missed having a bathtub in the bathroom, as it would have been nice to relax with a warm bath after a long day of exploring. Lastly, there was some drilling noise in the morning, which was quite irritating. although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could be improved upon.
Convenient location near transport, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern, and sustainable interiors, with luxurious bath products provided. Comfortable bedding and adjustable room temperature. Delicious brunch menu in the cozy restaurant. Excellent for a stay in this charming neighborhood.
Staying in the hotel felt like being in a luxurious oasis. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a metro station and in the heart of the charming Beacon Hill district. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The staff was helpful and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and the breathtaking view from the rooftop was the cherry on top.
The price, but it was worth every penny for the exceptional experience.
I had an amazing stay at The Whitney Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Beacon Hill. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with modern, clean interiors. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the attention to detail, especially the bathroom potions and lotions that promoted a sense of calm and relaxation. The staff, particularly Carol and James, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay exceeded all expectations. They provided excellent recommendations and took care of all my travel arrangements. The Whitney truly delivered the finest exclusive guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
The Whitney Hotel provided us with an exceptional guest experience. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. We appreciated the sustainable efforts made by the hotel, and the bathroom products were a lovely touch. Though the bar and restaurant had limited trading hours, the breakfast menu was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel's location in the Beacon Hill district of this city was perfect, with a metro station just in front of it, making transportation very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious.
Nothing not too like.
Great location near a metro station, restaurants, and shops. Quiet room despite being centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff, especially manager Joyce. Enjoyed delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs with toast.
The hotel is beautiful and modern, with charming touches. The restaurant is excellent and cozy. The outdoor book with the lit up tree is great. The rooms are fantastic, with comfortable beds and awesome showers. The views from our room were amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, especially for families with babies and a nanny. The hotel is super clean, without any overpowering smells.
Felt totally relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.
Exceptional staff, beautiful facility, great location, personalized touches, sustainable practices, comfortable bed, personable and helpful staff, private patio with firepit.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The hotel is an exquisite boutique venue with exclusive amenities and elegant decor. The room was luxurious and equipped with Nespresso coffee machines and complimentary water. The staff was very friendly and helpful, fulfilling all our needs with a smile on their faces. The communal areas were comfortable and clean, and the garden area was stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for drinks and meals. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were an added bonus.
There was only one minor issue when the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking on the door. We were relieved that it wasn't in a compromising situation. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast included in our stay, which for the price, was expected.
The hotel had a great location, with easy walking access to many attractions and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best things was the complementary bathroom products, which smelled amazing and added a nice touch of luxury. Additionally, we appreciated the complementary breakfast and afternoon tea.
The lobby and restaurant had a strong cooking oil smell that was not very pleasant. The restaurant had a limited menu, and the fire escape was blocked by delivery boxes, which was concerning.
