The staff was super friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to assist us. They even recommended great places to visit and dine at during our stay. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, making it easy for us to get to any destination we wanted. The hotel lobby and restaurant were also very impressive, and the brunch menu was exceptional. Plus, the hotel was very clean and we appreciated the luxury bathroom amenities.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. Firstly, there was very little closet space in our room, which made it difficult for us to store our belongings properly. Secondly, we missed having a bathtub in the bathroom, as it would have been nice to relax with a warm bath after a long day of exploring. Lastly, there was some drilling noise in the morning, which was quite irritating. although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could be improved upon.

The staff, particularly Carol and James, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay exceeded all expectations. They provided excellent recommendations and took care of all my travel arrangements. The hotel's location in the Beacon Hill district of this city was perfect, with a metro station just in front of it, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are fantastic, with comfortable beds and awesome showers. The views from our room were amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, especially for families with babies and a nanny. The hotel is super clean, without any overpowering smells.

The hotel is an exquisite boutique venue with exclusive amenities and elegant decor. The room was luxurious and equipped with Nespresso coffee machines and complimentary water. The staff was very friendly and helpful, fulfilling all our needs with a smile on their faces. The communal areas were comfortable and clean, and the garden area was stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for drinks and meals. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were an added bonus.

There was only one minor issue when the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking on the door. We were relieved that it wasn't in a compromising situation. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast included in our stay, which for the price, was expected.
