The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were extra comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the city. the bathrooms were also great, with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily access key attractions and restaurants in the area.

The staff at the hotel were not very welcoming and seemed to make little effort to be friendly or accommodating. the phone in my room did not work and despite my requests, it was never fixed or apologized for.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to assist us. They even recommended great places to visit and dine at during our stay. the location of the hotel was extremely convenient, making it easy for us to get to any destination we wanted. the hotel lobby and restaurant were also very impressive, and the brunch menu was exceptional. Plus, the hotel was very clean and we appreciated the luxury bathroom amenities.

There were a few aspects that we found disappointing. there was very little closet space in our room, which made it difficult for us to store our belongings properly.

The facilities at The Whitney were top-notch. We loved having access to the fitness studio, especially being able to book the entire space for an hour to use equipment like the Hydrow. The hotel staff were amazing, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, right by the river and conveniently close to public transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great views. The on-site restaurant was excellent and provided delicious meals. we had a wonderful experience and felt well taken care of.

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Beacon Hill, with easy access to Boston Common, Newberry Street shopping, and the beautiful public garden. The hotel facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. The cleanliness was exceptional throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the bar service was great. the hotel provided a fantastic experience.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Beacon Hill. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with modern, clean interiors. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the attention to detail, especially the bathroom potions and lotions that promoted a sense of calm and relaxation. The staff, particularly Carol and James, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay exceeded all expectations. They provided excellent recommendations and took care of all my travel arrangements. The Whitney truly delivered the finest exclusive guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
