There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Basalto. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The beach, although not ideal for swimming, was uncrowded and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure my every need was taken care of. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh fish dishes. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with beautiful facilities. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Basalto to others.

As women traveling alone, we loved the welcoming and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The location provided breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The nearby uncrowded beach was easily accessible, perfect for relaxation.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It's situated right on the beach, so in the afternoon, you can take a leisurely stroll down to a beautiful beach and soak up the sun. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking, and the drinks served were top-notch.

I did notice some construction noise during the day, which could be a slight inconvenience if you're planning to stay in the hotel during that time.

We enjoyed a luxurious and comfortable stay in a quiet and private location. the staff was incredibly kind and efficient, fulfilling all of our exclusive needs with a smile. the pools and sun terraces were superb, offering sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the full-body massages and beauty treatments were spectacular and worth the cost. the restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced meals and also had special diet menus available.

The glass around the pools could have been cleaned more frequently to fully appreciate the amazing views.
