The parking and central location were great perks. It was nice to have gated parking and be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, the staff was helpful in pointing out nearby restaurants and shops. the rooms were clean, which is always a plus.

The hot water situation was a major drawback. We paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi style tub but couldn’t use it because of a lack of hot water.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff provides a full orientation and prompt service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with options for jacuzzi-style tubs available. The gated parking is a great advantage, allowing for easy in and out access.

There is a lack of hot water in the rooms, especially for the jacuzzi tubs. Despite multiple complaints, the issue was not resolved and no compensation was offered.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious four-star hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping went above and beyond to keep our room clean and tidy. We also took advantage of the car hire service, which made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel offered a free shuttle service, which was a great convenience. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the bathroom toiletries provided were of high quality. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV, which provided plenty of entertainment options.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Gated parking with easy access. Late night check-in was accommodated seamlessly. Clean rooms, albeit small. Stairs instead of elevators, but manageable. Worth returning to. 👍
