Additionally, the promptness of the room service was a pleasant surprise, especially when ordering Mexican food. The hotel's location was another highlight, as it was conveniently situated near various bars and restaurants, allowing me to explore the local area easily.

One of the drawbacks of the hotel was the language barrier. While some staff members spoke English, there were times when miscommunication occurred, leading to minor inconveniences that had to be resolved with the help of Spanish-speaking colleagues.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Guadalajara. The staff was extra polite and accommodating, making our experience even better. The location of the hotel was superb, as we were able to walk to many cool places and easily hail a cab for cheap transportation. The included breakfast was terrific, offering a delicious start to our mornings. Plus, the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms added to the overall positive experience.
