Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and events. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for getting work done and traveling solo. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

I didn't like that I had to sign a release taking responsibility for any items that may go missing from my room. It made me feel uneasy, even though nothing happened.

The staff, especially Juan Carlos, took care of all our needs with great aplomb, making us feel safe and well looked after. The hotel had beautiful greenery and great views, creating a serene environment. We also appreciated the option of bicycle rentals available on site, perfect for exploring the city.
