I was blown away by the Hyde Park view from my room on the 11th floor,, it was simply breathtaking. The staff were super friendly and attentive,, making my stay even more enjoyable, especially when they provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants.

It wasn’t inexpensive,, but you get what you pay for.

the sheraton had a beautiful rooftop health club, which included a heated indoor pool and a fully-equipped fitness center. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff were very helpful during my stay, ensuring everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.

Staying at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park was unforgettable. The location directly across from the park made morning strolls serene. Each breakfast felt like a banquet with endless choices, from fresh fruits to perfectly cooked dishes. The gym was well-equipped, and I loved indulging in the heated pool. The staff were genuinely helpful. even during breakfast rushes, they were attentive, which made mornings brighter.

However, a few hiccups stood out. I also noticed that some breakfast items, like the bacon, could have been served hotter. Additionally, securing an Opal card at the airport was a bit tricky, so plan ahead if you're relying on public transport.

our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at the sheraton. the connecting rooms were larger than our apartment and the indoor pool was a great perk for our winter getaway! breakfast was amazing with so many options. the location was perfect, just a 4-minute walk to the mall, making it easy to explore nearby sights.

the location was prime. just five minutes from st james station and a giant mall with a diverse food court. loved the well-appointed room and huge breakfast selection. had a sweet late in-room dining option after a long day.

No faults whatsoever.

Absolutely loved the early check-in and how clean my room was. The fabulous staff made my stay feel special, and I truly wished I could extend my holiday!

However, the elevator seemed to have a mind of its own—halfway opening is quite the surprise! And hearing my neighbor's TV like it was on a chatty Zoom call was simply not my cup of tea.

Spacious room, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast were highlights during my stay, especially enjoying the variety at the buffet and the thoughtful setup for work in my King room, along with the hotel's convenient access just 2 minutes from St James station.

The location was excellent and the indoor pool was a great perk.
