We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton. the staff were professional and friendly, and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. the location was stellar, with clear communication about the ANZAC Day parade. the room service pizza was surprisingly tasty, and there was a great bar on level 1. our experience was spotless and exceeded our expectations.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was always spotless and the staff provided the best customer service we have ever experienced. The location was amazing, with everything we needed within a 20-minute walk. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the staff, especially Vicent, made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

The service was disappointing as the staff didn't fulfill basic requests such as preparing a bathtub with rose petals for a special occasion. the lack of knowledge from the receptionist about the fitness center policy was concerning.

Conveniently located near major landmarks and shops, this accommodation offers clean and cozy rooms with excellent bedding and ample electrical sockets. Spa facilities are available for early check-in guests and the restaurant food and service are fantastic. The concierge team is very helpful, with Christian going above and beyond to secure last-minute tour arrangements.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Sheraton. The seafood buffet was a highlight - a true feast for the senses. The service during check-in was exceptional as they upgraded my room for the inconvenience of a reservation mix-up. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the fitness center exceeded my expectations. I had a memorable experience at Sheraton and would highly recommend it.

The check-in experience was amazing, with the staff being very accommodating and welcoming. the room I was given was fantastic, with a great view and excellent facilities. the location of the hotel was also a huge plus, as it was conveniently located near all the major attractions and within walking distance of everything. the spa facilities were a great bonus and allowed me to freshen up after my long journey.

the view from my room was not the best, but considering the price I paid, I wasn't expecting much in terms of scenery. there was a slight confusion with the check-in time, but the staff quickly resolved the issue.

The hotel is located opposite a beautiful park and is very close to the opera house. The hotel facilities are great and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff was helpful and courteous.

My recent stay at the Sheraton was truly enjoyable. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. the room we stayed in was recently updated and impeccably clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. I loved the welcoming touch of music playing, air conditioning running, and lights on when we arrived. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing prompt and excellent service. And I must mention the upgraded breakfast - it was a delightful and all-inclusive buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold options, and even hot drinks included. Adelina provided us with warm and attentive service throughout our stay. This property has definitely become my new favorite in the city. It's fantastic, especially for families with kids.

The hotel's location next to Hyde Park was perfect for our trip. We loved how easy it was to explore the city from there. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices that suited everyone's tastes. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were clean and well-maintained, allowing us to stay active during our visit.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located right in the city centre with spectacular views of the nearby park. The hotel is right across from a convenient metro station and close to shops and restaurants. The spacious rooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and walk-in wardrobes. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We were impressed by the service and the wide selection of breakfast buffet.

The lighting in the rooms could have been better, particularly the brightness of the light switches next to the bed, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room and a beautiful heritage-style building. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop viewing deck. The staff treated us warmly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The menu for breakfast lacked variety for a vegetarian like me. It would have been nice to have more options and some missing items, like mushrooms and broccolini, as advertised.

Luxurious and mesmerizing. The view from the room was incredible, and the facilities are top of the line. The food and drinks in the buffet restaurant are amazing, and the executive lounge staff are excellent. The spa treatments, pool, and spa are the best I've ever had. Overall I'll undoubtedly recommend this hotel!

During our stay, I was amazed by the exceptional location of the hotel. With a beautiful park on one side and a bustling shopping area on the other, it was perfect for exploring and enjoying the city. The hotel also had great family activities for the Easter season, which made our stay even more memorable. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel manager, Nauman Hasan, who did an outstanding job in managing the place and ensuring the satisfaction of every guest. The well-trained staff and impressive facilities made our experience truly exceptional.

The only drawback was that the pool was full of happy kids and their parents enjoying a swim, so we didn't get a chance to use it. However, we understand that it's a popular amenity and hope to enjoy it on our next visit.
