The beautifully landscaped property was a peaceful oasis where I could escape and relax. The staff, especially Hernando at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel itself is stunning, with tasteful decorations and comfortable rooms. The two on-site restaurants served delicious food and drinks. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The beds were really comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. , the interiors were quite beautiful and the room had a lovely balcony that provided great views of the area.

The pool was constantly overcrowded and noisy. It seemed that the management rented it out to locals for parties which made the ambiance too chaotic and brought in non-guests.
