My children wanted a play area or a kids club at the hotel.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel with two amazing swimming pools, modern and stylish decor, and clean rooms. the staff was always helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was quiet and relaxing, and we loved the rooftop pool with its stunning views. the hotel also provided a communal kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals easily. it was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfectly clean with a balcony overlooking one of the beautiful pools. We also enjoyed the lovely terrace with another pool where we watched the sunset while sipping on a beer from the reception. The hotel had all the facilities we needed, including a kitchen in our room, which was convenient for making our own meals. The staff, especially Armando at the reception, were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and assisting with anything we needed. Additionally, the location was great for us as it was outside the busy area but still close to nice bars and restaurants at affordable prices.

I had a fantastic stay at this little gem in Tulum. Lagoon Boutique Hotel - Luxury Chaman Experience exceeded my expectations. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the main road where you can find great bars and restaurants at reasonable prices. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I loved having a balcony with a view of the beautiful pool. the highlight was definitely the lovely terrace with another pool, where I enjoyed watching the sunset while sipping on a beer. the receptionist, Armando, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for its great value for money!

The receptionist at Lagoon Boutique Hotel - Luxury Chaman Experience was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though we arrived late, they made sure we had everything we needed. The two pools were a nice touch and provided a refreshing way to relax. The comfortable mattress and ice cold air conditioning made for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the option to rent bikes was convenient, although it would be ideal if they had better bikes or alternatively, recommended a nearby rental shop with better quality bikes.
