We were pleasantly surprised by the unique and traditional design of Mina Hotel. The charming Vietnamese theme, from the beautiful Ao Dai dresses to the picturesque old town images, truly immersed us in the culture. The spacious and quiet room provided a peaceful retreat in the bustling city center. The staff, especially Paul and Jennie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi. we had a wonderful experience at Mina Hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had a great Christmas break at this hotel. the rooftop bar was the best. the view over the lively street was amazing. We enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning, with lots of fresh fruit and both Vietnamese and western food. the staff were so helpful, they even provided us with an adaptor for our electronics. the location was perfect, we could easily walk to the markets and enjoyed shopping for souvenirs. the hotel was also close to the river, where we went for a morning run.

The rooms didn't have windows and sometimes felt a bit stuffy. the shower pressure could have been better.

The staff at this place were outstanding, especially Susu, Snowy, and Sunny who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They even helped me hire a bike and showed me around the city. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. I especially loved the spa, where I was able to relax and rejuvenate with a massage and a cup of delicious jasmine tea. this place exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to visit again.

You'll be ready to hit the streets and explore all the attractions and delicious street food Hanoi has to offer. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, both Vietnamese and Western, to please all taste buds. Plus, the rooftop bar provides an awesome view over the bustling city.

The hotel is located near a noisy bar street, which can be a bit irritating when walking around and dealing with persistent touts.
