I recently stayed at Somerset Rama 9 for 10 days with my spouse and 4-year old son. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, both Western and local dishes. The pool and playroom were a hit with my son. The location was perfect, with the Jodd Fairs night market and two malls nearby.

The massive building gave a celebrity-like experience. The facility was fantastic, catering to all our needs. Special thanks to the management for their assistance. The staff went above and beyond to help me and my elderly mother, even providing a wheelchair. The location was great, with easy access to shopping centers and plenty of dining options. The hotel had a convenient 7/11 downstairs, and the lobby offered complimentary drinks. The rooms had amazing city views, and there were three malls within walking distance. Taxis were readily available, and the area was peaceful at night. The gym and pool were excellent, and there was a cozy sitting area outside to enjoy the city's nightlife. Night markets were within walking distance, and the metro station was just a few minutes away. The stay felt like a home away from home, with exceptional staff who made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. The room was quiet and comfortable, with high-quality amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the pool and playroom were perfect for children. The location was ideal, with nearby night markets and malls. The suite had a convenient living room and office space, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Additionally, the staff provided daily bottled water, complimentary goodies, and excellent service throughout our stay. highly recommended.

The hotel had a smoking room, and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional. the front desk and other hotel staff were very welcoming, and they made my stay personal. I was surprised when they brought a birthday cake, drinks, and a nice gift to my room while singing "Happy Birthday. " the hotel's well-equipped rooms were spotlessly clean with quality fixings and furnishings. the WIFI was solid, which helped me conduct my personal business.

The hotel's breakfast was a little disappointing since it was like that of a guest house. the dining space was small, and I had to wait in line for breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the temples, making it easy to explore the cultural attractions. It is also a short walk to the metro station, making it convenient for getting around the city. Additionally, there are several shopping malls in close proximity, providing ample opportunities for shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including a gym and a pool.

The staff at the lobby sometimes seemed slow and had difficulties communicating in English.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with a metro station nearby, and there were shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance.

the room was spacious and luxurious, complete with exclusive amenities, and the bed was extremely comfortable. the swimming pool, steam room and sauna are exceptional, while I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views from the sun terrace. the location is incredibly convenient, providing easy access to several shopping malls and eateries.

Other than that, everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast options were extensive, with delicious food and a pleasant dining area. The hotel is also connected to a large mall, which offered everything we needed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the average quality of the food and some issues with the entry card, our overall experience was great.
