Private chalet with stunning bay views. Excellent room service and attention to detail. Natural and private pools provide a perfect retreat. Weather was consistently pleasant throughout our stay.

The views from our room were absolutely spectacular, offering a breathtaking panorama of the bay. The privacy and attentive service were also commendable. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning in a "magic box". Additionally, the convenient location made it easy to travel to Acapulco from the Southwest US.

While the hotel had its charms, there were a few drawbacks. The construction materials and design of the hotel could use an update.

The view is stunning. The private pool is a great addition. The bed is comfortable. The service is impeccable and everything is well maintained. The Beach Club has amazing views and great staff. Having a private pool is exceptional. it's a perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway.

The staff at this hotel were very kind and welcoming. Upon check-in, they even offered us complimentary margaritas and provided a jeep ride to our private casitas and pool. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning view of the bay. The Sunset bar and Bellavista Restaurant both offer amazing views during the day and night. The food at the Bellavista was delightful, especially the Chateubriand de Angus, which was cooked to perfection. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant called La Concha del Mar, which not only offers good food but also features a unique tide pool that opens up to the ocean. Swimming to the platforms in both the pool and ocean was a lot of fun. Lastly, we decided to treat ourselves to a hot stone massage and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It was truly a memorable vacation experience.

We had a few issues during our stay. Firstly, we booked a gourmet all-inclusive package for two days, but on the first night, we didn't have hot water in our room.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the bay and landscape. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the private casitas with their own swimming pools were a dream. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room service was top-notch. I also loved exploring the local flora and fauna, especially at night. The drivers were always available and went above and beyond to assist me. it was a truly memorable experience.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was truly memorable. The exclusive amenities like the spa and wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool were exceptional. The massages and beauty treatments were very relaxing and rejuvenating. The room advantages like the private facilities and the sun terrace were simply amazing. This hotel's location advantages were also great as it provided easy access to the nearby beaches and restaurants.

We encountered a minor issue during our stay. The continental breakfast served in the room was not up to our expectations and lacked variety.

We stayed at Las Brisas for a mini honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The ocean view from our room with a private swimming pool was unbeatable. The unexpected breakfast delivered to our room every day was a pleasant surprise. The transportation within the resort was great, with Mr. Jose Luis providing excellent taxi service. We felt very safe exploring the city with him. The room service was top-notch, with a quick response and a delicious meal served with a magnificent view. our stay was amazing and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

I loved the incredible views of Acapulco Bay from the hotel's hillside location. The sunset view from the hotel's "Sunset Bar" was particularly breathtaking. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided top-quality service throughout my stay.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the hotel's private beach and a beautiful restaurant called Paititi Del Mar. The room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom and stunning views of the sea from our terrace. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel also had great facilities, including a private pool and a beach club. a fantastic experience.

We did notice that the beach towel and umbrella situation can be a bit chaotic at times.
