The food at Live Aqua was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive, especially at MB, and we encountered some fantastic service from the majority of the staff. Our welcome bottle of wine after switching rooms only added to the experience!

While the lack of accessibility around the pool was noticeable, and we ended up watching the Super Bowl in our room as the resort wouldn't show it in the bars, the vibrant vibe at Live Aqua still made for a great time.

Fantastic beach and quality room amenities.

My stay was quite frustrating due to numerous issues. Furthermore, the drinks at the bar were terribly watered down. I could hardly taste any alcohol, which completely diminished the all-inclusive experience. To top it all off, there was a constant push from the staff to engage in a vacation plan, which felt really misleading and intrusive during my relaxation time.

The staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to

assist, which made our stay feel personalized and truly enjoyable. We experienced excellent service at all the restaurants, especially at Azur for breakfast. The food quality was high, and the drinks were superb. However, be prepared for some wait times during peak hours.

Ja, no, the oceanfront views were just stunning! We chillaxed by the pool with the best ribs ever from the grill. José at the pool was such a lekker chommie, and Sandra’s rice art for our anniversary was just so thoughtful, made our stay feel special.

One thing, getting a dinner table took a bit longer than expected, but we just enjoyed the vibe while we waited.

The food was lekker, especially at Siete—Karla was so friendly and remembered our names! The aromatherapy in our room was divine, and you just feel the chill vibe everywhere. Yajaira’s foot massage was beyond, made me feel like a new person.

i almost considered giving a good review, but then i remembered that the 'deluxe ocean front' room i received was actually a view of the neighboring resort. also, waiting forever for a dinner table is not my idea of luxury. an airport shuttle woudl ve been nice, but i guess they forgot about that too?

We had an amazing time enjoying the vibrant pool scene and the delicious variety at the all-inclusive restaurants! The relaxation options were fantastic, especially the peaceful spa lounge and outdoor jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, sometimes the dinner wait can be a bit longer, but it’s definitely worth it for the tasty food! 🌴

It was just a strong match for a short visit in Cancun with good value for price. The servers by the beach were super friendly and kept the drinks coming while we relaxed. Try to get to the buffet early to avoid the long lines for smoothies.

Loved the infinity pool and fitness center. breakfast options were often disappointing.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! The staff is fantastic and made us feel special throughout our stay. We loved the beach and went diving. Enjoyed the scenic views while cycling around. Make sure to try the Lebanese menu at Azur. it was a unique experience!

One thing to keep in mind is that getting a table for dinner can take a while, often up to an hour, which was a bit annoying. Planning ahead for that is a must!
