The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft white sand. It was the perfect spot for a romantic stroll and breathtaking sunset views. the pool area was also very nice, with comfortable lounge chairs and attentive poolside service.

One thing that we didn't particularly like was the constant sales push for their membership program. We were not interested in signing up, but the staff seemed persistent in trying to get us to join.

Live Aqua was absolutely worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with breathtaking ocean views. The location was perfect, with malls nearby and easy access to sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, making us feel like royalty throughout our stay.

My husband and I had an amazing trip to Live Aqua in December. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location was perfect, right across from a big shopping area. The facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful private beach, a nice spa and gym, and perfect buffets. The little things like the beach sandals, beach bag, and laundry services really made our stay extra special.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the incredible beachfront location of the hotel. the crystal-clear turquoise waters and the soft white sand made for a perfect backdrop for relaxation and romance. We also enjoyed the top-notch service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the variety of dining options was impressive, with a wide range of cuisines to choose from.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the wait times for reservations at the restaurants. It would have been more convenient if there were shorter wait times or a more efficient reservation system in place.

We had the most amazing 25th anniversary celebration at Live Aqua. The food and service were exceptional, especially at Sieta and Sea Corner. The Cadillac Margaritas at the pool bars were a highlight, and we received exceptional service from Jose and the bartenders. Norma at the front desk and Carla Rodriguez the concierge were extremely helpful and made our stay even more special. We can't wait to return to Live Aqua, we have become #aqualovers!

We had an incredible stay from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding with the staff treating us like VIPs, always with a smile. The food at the various restaurants exceeded our expectations, especially the sushi station. The hotel property was meticulously clean with invigorating scents throughout. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Cancun center and directly across from a large outdoor shopping mall.

The resort was beautiful and just the right size. Most rooms had balconies facing the ocean, which offered stunning views. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the outstanding quality of the food. the staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. the beach beds were comfortable and the poolside service was exceptional.

The nightlife at the resort was lacking, with limited options for entertainment and activities in the evening. Additionally, we found the marketing department to be too pushy with their sales pitches, which was a bit off-putting.

My recent stay at Live Aqua was for leisure purposes and lasted for a week. The inclusive restaurants were a great feature, offering delicious food in a spotlessly clean environment. The staff was wonderful, with the exception of one lady who seemed too focused on their sales pitch. The location, right across from high-end stores, was perfect, and the nearby beach was fabulous. The butler service, available with the Club level accommodations, was fantastic, making all arrangements and reservations for us, including beach beds, taxis. The food at Live Aqua was amazing for an all-inclusive, and the service was generally very good, with standout staff members who went above and beyond.

This was a relaxing resort, perfect for celebrating our graduation. The staff made us feel special, especially Iris at the front desk. The service, food, and cleanliness were unbelievable. The beach had plenty of chairs, and the waiters even came to the beach. The room service was amazing and helped because dinner had a long wait. The beds were comfortable, and the resort always smelled nice. the positive energy and professionalism of the staff made us feel like royalty. We will definitely be back!
