Majestic Garden provides a fantastic experience. the gift shop is great, and the avocado toast breakfast plate is a must-try. the location offers a stunning view of Disney's fireworks, and the shuttle service is efficient. the staff is incredibly kind and provides excellent customer service.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near Disneyland and I had a fantastic experience. This place is in a great location, close to the theme park, and they offer a free shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for all my belongings. Plus, they had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area, in-room safe, and ironing facilities. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and garden area, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the park. I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to families visiting the area.

If I were to recommend this hotel to families, I would mention that the management could improve their customer service. While the staff was friendly, there were a few instances where I didn't receive the assistance I needed.

We had a fantastic stay at the Majestic Garden Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when my partner fell ill, even arranging for a hotel doctor to see him. Lisa and Lesley at the front desk provided exceptional service, and Cynthia at the bar was not only funny but also genuinely cared about our experience. The hotel grounds were lovely, especially the castle theme which was enjoyed by both kids and adults. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although slightly older. Princess Corrine was a delight to our daughter. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The newly-carpeted hallways were a nice touch, and the property itself was beautiful. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the prompt and clean shuttle service to Disneyland.

At my first stay, the staff provided helpful info. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, heated pool, game room, pet-friendly. I always come back, and I'm excited for Easter.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable, the best I've ever experienced. The courtesy shuttle to Disneyland was amazing. I didn't have to worry about driving and parking, as the shuttle runs every half hour and even extends its schedule after the park closes. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and helpful staff made this stay exceptional.

The hotel's location near the Disney parks allowed me to enjoy the fireworks from the garden in the park for breakfast. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent, and the staff was friendly. The transportation options, including the shuttle and parking, were convenient.

The lobby was fun and made the experience magical for our kids. the room was very spacious for just a standard room. the shuttle was very convenient and was always on time.

The room wasn't super clean. I had to scrub a mess off the side table and there were some weird stains on a pillowcase.

The shuttle to Disneyland was so convenient! I could also see the fireworks from my room! It was nice because the kids were tired and we wouldn’t have lasted at the park to see the fireworks. The deli was also very convenient just to grab a quick breakfast before leaving for the park. This was a great value!
