Beautiful grounds, amazing staff, and free shuttles!

Well-suited match for a date night in Anaheim with good value. Good shuttle service to Disneyland.

The room was spacious and had a small fridge, which was convenient. The beds and pillows were mostly comfortable, although one queen bed felt a bit uncomfortable. The temperature control worked well. the windows were drafty, and some areas showed wear, like water damage. Cleanliness was fine overall, but mattresses lacked fitted sheets. The atmosphere was charming, especially with festive decorations. A lovely touch was the little store next to the lobby. The shuttle service was generally efficient, but be prepared for possible lines at night after the fireworks.

The buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids—so many options from waffles to yogurt! The shuttle service to Disneyland was convenient, making park visits a breeze. The pool evenings had a delightful fireworks view, but the room lighting was frustratingly dim and the shower layout wasn't ideal. Staff ranged from friendly to less accommodating, especially during checkout chaos. While the gardens were lovely, the room showed signs of wear and tear. All in all, it's a mixed bag of charm and quirks—enjoyable, yet in need of some updates.

The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were absolute bliss after long days at the parks! The staff genuinely made us feel at home, going above and beyond to help when I misplaced my purse. Plus, the delicious breakfast buffet and amazing Japanese restaurant took our stay to the next level!

Excellent location. The vibe was enchanting, with medieval decor that truly felt magical. The shuttle to Disneyland was punctual and complimentary—an incredible perk. Buffet breakfast options delighted my kids. the buffet dinner remained untested. The pool offered a stunning view of fireworks at night, but the spa could use size and sound improvements. Some room fixtures needed attention; The bed was cramped and uncomfortable. Staff was friendly, although one member lacked warmth. Parking fees feel excessive, especially. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable. A solid choice for family trips with room for improvement.

Princess Corinne was fire 👑, and the poolside dining had us feeling boujee. Watching the Disneyland fireworks from our room was straight-up magical! The Halloween party at Disney California Adventure was off the charts!

We wished for a cooler teen hangout spot with chill music and funky vibes.

The decor immerses you in a fun royal theme that even the kids can't resist. The shuttle drivers are absolute champs, hustling to get everyone to the parks and back, and maintenance staff is on point, fixing squeaky doors faster than you can say 'Disney magic'.

We walked into our room to find it incredibly dirty—dust everywhere, hair on the sheets, and a broken bathtub drain. The lack of cleanliness was surprising and so disappointing for a place that claims to be a nice hotel.

Staying here was a fantastic choice for our weekend getaway, as we were just a short shuttle ride away from Disneyland Resort, only about 1.5 kilometers away, making it super convenient to experience all the magic the park has to offer, plus we could even catch the fireworks right from our room! The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated our group, and the on-site restaurant and bar were perfect for grabbing a bite after a long day of exploring. the hotel could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall ambiance.
