I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near Disneyland and I had a fantastic experience. This place is in a great location, close to the theme park, and they offer a free shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for all my belongings. Plus, they had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area, in-room safe, and ironing facilities. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and garden area, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the park. I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to families visiting the area.

If I were to recommend this hotel to families, I would mention that the management could improve their customer service. While the staff was friendly, there were a few instances where I didn't receive the assistance I needed. Additionally, there were some minor inconveniences, such as having to use stairs to access the room with heavy luggage. Despite these small issues, this place is still a great choice for families due to its convenient location and excellent amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at the Majestic Garden Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when my partner fell ill, even arranging for a hotel doctor to see him. Lisa and Lesley at the front desk provided exceptional service, and Cynthia at the bar was not only funny but also genuinely cared about our experience. The hotel grounds were lovely, especially the castle theme which was enjoyed by both kids and adults. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although slightly older. Princess Corrine was a delight to our daughter. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The newly-carpeted hallways were a nice touch, and the property itself was beautiful. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the prompt and clean shuttle service to Disneyland.

We chose this hotel for the direct shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The courtyard and room were lovely and spacious. We appreciated being allowed to park in the hotel parking lot and use the shuttle service before check-in. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Disneyland, restaurants, and a cinema. They were accommodating to our visually impaired family member. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the view of the fireworks from the garden. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable, the best I've ever experienced. The courtesy shuttle to Disneyland was amazing. I didn't have to worry about driving and parking, as the shuttle runs every half hour and even extends its schedule after the park closes. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. the cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and helpful staff made this stay exceptional.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short distance to get to the parks. We also enjoyed visiting other museums close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service. The breakfast had a good spread and was delicious. The shuttle service to the parks was a bonus.

Got two free drinks upon arrival which was a nice surprise. The hotel is close to a few food places and has a convenient shuttle to a popular tourist attraction. The room was spacious and had a nice view from the window.

The room had a stepping stool for our toddler and a surprise tent, making our stay comfortable for the whole family. The shuttle was a bit late, but we drove ourselves to breakfast. highly recommend this hotel for families.
