We had a wonderful time during our stay at Mahekal. The friendly staff was always ready to help and made us feel welcome. The location was fantastic, with beautiful beaches and great shopping and dining options within walking distance. The large patio with hammocks in each room was a unique and delightful feature. The pools were also fantastic, and we enjoyed lounging in the open-air spaces. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a beachfront resort in Playa del Carmen. The location was at its best, with its own beautiful beach and just down the block from all the shops, restaurants, and fun bars in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms that were turned down twice a day. The lovely grounds were well-kept and landscaped, and I enjoyed seeing the friendly animal visitors like lizards and iguanas. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and making me feel at home throughout my stay.

Plus, the dining options were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed exploring the local area and taking part in the various activities available. our experience at this resort was second to none. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable beach vacation.

Getting to the hotel from Cancun was hassle-free, and it was a convenient base for day trips to Chichen Itza and Rio Secreto. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the facilities were top-notch. The pools were fantastic, and I never had trouble finding a sunbed. The staff was mostly great, with a special shout-out to the amazing team at Fuego Restaurant who made our breakfasts memorable and even surprised my husband with a birthday song. The rooms felt cozy and comfortable, adding to the charm and beach vibe of the resort.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the magical Mahekal Beach Resort in Mexico for a week-long vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs, providing impeccable service throughout our stay. The half board option was a great value, offering delicious meals and drinks. The resort's location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and the vibrant 5th avenue. Our palapa was a beautiful retreat, complete with a powerful A/C to beat the September heat. The addition of pools and more dining options since my last visit made this trip even more memorable. And I must mention the impressive hotel Wifi connection!
