The Christmas lights at the hotel were absolutely beautiful. It was such a joy to walk through the Christmas village and see all the festive decorations. The ice rink was also a highlight of our stay. We had so much fun skating and enjoying the winter atmosphere. the free breakfast provided at the hotel was a great start to our day. The food was delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from.

One aspect we weren't too fond of was the extra fees for certain activities. The tobogganing experience, in particular, was quite pricey.

We live close by so can stay often and enjoy a fun night of wonderful food with super entertainment in the lounge. Our favorite entertainer is Bret Lucich. the staff always welcoming and even had a wonderful relaxing spa treatment last visit here. We love the gardens even when the weather is cool. the rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfortable. the free breakfast, which is great, sends us on your way until we return.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a cozy fireplace. We enjoyed playing Scrabble both indoors and on the patio, which offered plenty of room. The gardens were well-maintained, even though only a few things were blooming at the time. The sunset during our fantastic meal was a great touch. The food, including the surf and turf and chicken dishes, was delicious. The bacon-covered dates with sauce made for a delightful appetizer. The service was excellent, with attentive follow-up on our drinks. The hotel's lounge had a talented band, although we didn't have a chance to listen to them this time. The local-themed pictures on the walls added a nice touch, showcasing the beauty of the Willamette Valley. The abundance of outlets in the rooms was appreciated, especially since we both use CPAP machines and a fan for sleeping. We were also impressed by the small ice used in our drinks, allowing us to taste them better without them getting watered down. The friendly and welcoming front desk staff provided great hospitality, even offering a free toothbrush when I forgot mine. Finally, we highly recommend trying one of their buffet meals for a delicious dining experience.

Arrived expecting two queen beds but ended up with a pull-out. the restaurant in the gardens was nice.

Room was not as expected, with one bed being a pull-out instead of a queen. the room also lacked a bathtub due to being in a handicapped accessible room.

We were able to visit nearby towns like Silverton, Salem, and Scott Mills easily. the limited parking in front of the buildings was a bit inconvenient, but we were prepared to park a short distance away. the highlight of our stay was the outstanding dinner in the lounge. the staff was attentive and the food was delicious. We also appreciated the accommodating breakfast crew, who went out of their way to ensure we had extra coffee and tasty breakfast burritos. we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.
