Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and the check-in process was smooth. the room itself was delightful, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. the hotel's location in a quiet street made for a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was conveniently close to the city's main attractions. the buffet breakfast provided a fantastic start to the day, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the attention to detail and the provision of complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge were an added bonus. the views from the terrace and the restaurant were simply breathtaking. I highly recommend Golden Well for couples seeking a lovely getaway.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We stayed in a hotel located in a quiet area of the city center, surrounded by beautiful gardens. It was an amazing experience to be so close to the historic center of the city. Having access to a Michelin starred restaurant just upstairs was incredible. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the city from the balcony.

There was some noise during the day from nearby construction work, which was a minor nuisance.

We loved the convenient location near Charles Bridge and the peaceful ambiance of the charming street in Mala Strana. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a delightful corridor. The view of the old town was stunning. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the fresh fruits provided in our room. The evening service with delicious cake was a lovely touch. Everything is what i need and want.

The complementary fruits and drinks in the room were a nice touch, and we appreciated the elevator in the building. the key location made it easy to explore the city without having to go far. We liked that there was a restaurant on site, although we had to book ahead.

Worse still, we couldn't eat at the restaurant because we hadn't made reservations in advance. the overall experience wasn't great and we were let down by the service.

the staff at the hotel, including those who arranged for my pick up, were extremely friendly and courteous. the room was excellent, and I was impressed with the amenities such as the heated toilet seat and pillow menu. the hotel restaurant provided an amazing meal with a stunning view, and there were even complimentary fruit and cake in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and accommodations.
