Wow, we hit the jackpot with this hotel! Not only did we get a great value for our money, but the room was spacious and comfy. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Great last minute find! Couldn't find a room anywhere else in town, but this place came through. Warm and friendly staff welcomed us upon arrival. the hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect to spread out. the complementary shuttle service was a major plus, taking us to and from the train station and even offering rides around town. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they provided toothpaste and a razor free of charge. a fantastic experience!

There were a few issues during our stay that were a bit bothersome. the cable TV was unreliable, freezing and pausing frequently, making it difficult to watch a show without interruptions.

Nothing, it was perfect.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially with the included breakfast. The prices are reasonable, and the attention to detail in the rooms with single beds is commendable. The curtains, when pulled, allow for a peaceful sleep even during daylight hours. Additionally, the walk-in showers in the relatively good condition rooms are a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Felt good, no complaints.

The location was perfect, within a 10-minute walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nicely designed layout. I especially loved that I could bring my pup along. Another plus was the excellent bar on site, and the new front loading washer and dryer that I could use at no cost. The breakfast, which I had delivered to my room, was delicious and the dining area was roomy with a friendly hostess and staff.

Beautiful appearance, with a lovely outdoor seating area. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. Great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as a beautiful park for walking the dog.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The cleanliness was top-notch, the hotel facilities were excellent, and we loved the convenient parking. The transportation options were a huge plus with a free shuttle service that took us anywhere within 5 miles, including the track, restaurants, and shopping. The location right next to Congress Park was unbeatable. And all of this for only $100 per night, which was a great value compared to the usual price of $250. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Hard to think of anything.

The bed was great, silky and luxurious linen. Clean and comfy room with nice design. TV and AC worked well. Friendly staff who gave discount for clogged bathtub. Excellent location for walking or using free transportation options. Helpful and accommodating staff. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower, and lovely decor.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms were nice and the location was good. I appreciated how the staff took immediate action to change my room when it was not what I had booked. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including fresh fruit salad and made-to-order omelettes and crepes. The hotel also provided a complementary shuttle service, which was very convenient. The hotel was well-maintained and the room was comfortable with good lighting. I had a great experience.

Couldn't stay longer.

Great staff, clean rooms, and beautiful pools were the best aspects of my stay. the whole staff was welcoming and friendly, especially towards my dog. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the nearby park was perfect for morning walks with my pup.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the restaurant staff was preoccupied and unfriendly during breakfast.
