Great staff during power outage. Small rooms and limited breakfast options.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs for a few nights. The location was perfect, close to downtown and the racecourse. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the bar had a great selection of beers, including local brews. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow, we hit the jackpot with this hotel! Not only did we get a great value for our money, but the room was spacious and comfy. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Great last minute find! Couldn't find a room anywhere else in town, but this place came through. Warm and friendly staff welcomed us upon arrival. the hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect to spread out. the complementary shuttle service was a major plus, taking us to and from the train station and even offering rides around town. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they provided toothpaste and a razor free of charge. a fantastic experience!

There were a few issues during our stay that were a bit bothersome. the cable TV was unreliable, freezing and pausing frequently, making it difficult to watch a show without interruptions.

Centrally located, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable, well-maintained beds. Lovely indoor pool great for swimming and relaxing. Delicious breakfast buffet with many choices, including an omelette station. Easy and fast check-out process.

This hotel is a great value for money because it's so close to Broadway, downtown area, stores, restaurants, and shops in downtown Saratoga. Additionally, the staff is friendly and the basic amenities, like the breakfast included in the rate, provide great convenience.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We recently stayed at this hotel and We were really impressed by the location of this place. It was tucked away in a quiet area but still close to everything we needed here. We could easily get to the race track, Caroline Street, and other busy restaurants. The service was impressive; We appreciated the free shuttle service, room service, and the bell staff who were always available to help with our luggage. Our room was well stocked with tea and coffee facilities, and the terrace offered a great view. The indoor swimming pool was clean, and it was great to relax in on a chilly day.

To be honest, We cannot think of any negative aspect of our stay here. This venue is ideal for families and friends to stay, and We highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

The location was perfect, within a 10-minute walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nicely designed layout. I especially loved that I could bring my pup along. Another plus was the excellent bar on site, and the new front loading washer and dryer that I could use at no cost. The breakfast, which I had delivered to my room, was delicious and the dining area was roomy with a friendly hostess and staff.
