The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the location of the hostel was great, close to the beach and easy to access popular tourist spots. I also enjoyed the social atmosphere, with many opportunities to meet and interact with other travelers.

The room I was initially assigned had noise problems and a strong smell. Although the staff quickly upgraded us to a different room, it was supposed to be a luxury room but the cleanliness and decor were subpar.
