We loved the selection of coffees, including lattes and cappuccinos. The hotel had two beautiful pools with stunning views of the forest, providing the perfect backdrop for fantastic photos. The room itself was spacious, cute, and had a simple yet charming decor. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location in downtown Tulum meant there were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, including the beach within a short drive.

The location was perfect, nestled in a mountain of paper all stapled together, and it was a short walk to the clubs in the south of the city and the downtown area of Tulum. I loved how close it was to everything, making it convenient to explore the city. The service was excellent, with room service available and a helpful staff who assisted with car hire and housekeeping. The airport shuttle made my arrival and departure seamless. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel.

The bathroom is well equipped, often with facilities in the entrance area. Breakfast is not mentioned in the reviews, but the WiFi is good.
