As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, the multiple pools and hot tub, and the convenient location near bars and restaurants. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, and the property was clean and comfortable.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

From check-in to departure, our 9-day stay at Playa Los Arcos was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, helpful, and thoughtful, adding special touches throughout our visit. The resort itself was lovely with a beautiful lobby, rooms, restaurant, pools, and beachfront. The location was amazing, within walking distance of the Malecon, Cathedral, and Isla Cuale. The rooms were large and comfortable, with Mexican style and great views of the pool and ocean. Can't wait to return!

I recently stayed at Playa Los Arcos for a few days on a business trip. The hotel's infinity pool was a highlight, overlooking the ocean and providing a beautiful view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of PVR and close to everything. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout my stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious. Additionally, the hotel had a huge pool with both a heated "family" section and a cooler "adults only" section, as well as a jacuzzi. The on-site concierge was great for organizing day excursions, and the staff happily accommodated our request to move to a quieter part of the hotel.

During our stay at Playa Los Arcos, we were thrilled with the convenient location and easy access to everything we wanted to see. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations, and we loved being right on the beach. Even when it rained, we had a fantastic evening enjoying a delicious dinner and entertaining activities. A couple of minor cons should be mentioned. While the hotel is family-friendly, which was great for most guests, it did attract quite a few families.

The food at the hotel was delicious and we had a great selection to choose from. the hotel staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is right on the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for us to walk to. We also liked that the pool was shaded, which was a relief from the hot sun. The staff here are friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. We were impressed with the service from the room service, housekeeping, and laundry staff. The amenities in the room were great too, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and balcony.

Comfortable bed, nice beachfront area with chairs provided for guests. Conveniently close to bars and restaurants. Fluffy pillows and accommodating staff.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right on the beach and within walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars in the old town area. Being in the "Romantic" district of the city made it so convenient to explore and experience the vibrant life of this place. Plus, the view from my oceanfront room was breathtaking!

We got a great value for our money at Playa Los Arcos. The room had a stunning view from our private balcony and the location was perfect, right by the beach and close to bars and restaurants. The staff treated us wonderfully, from the accommodating housekeepers to the friendly waitstaff who brought us drinks on the beach.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the charming Romantic Zone. We were able to easily explore the local restaurants and shops, which was a huge plus. The beach access was also great, with attentive staff providing lounge chairs and umbrellas. It was wonderful to relax on the beach and soak up the sun.

There were a few aspects of our stay that left us disappointed. our room was small and located on a noisy street, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
