From the moment I checked in, I felt special and valued as I was given the freedom to choose my room view and floor level. the room itself was a marvel of technology, with LED bathroom lighting and room controls accessible through an iPad. the overall decor, including the classy furnishings, neon lights, and collection of books, made for a truly Instagrammable experience. I couldn't believe the amazing value I got for my money, making it feel more like a 5-star hotel rather than a 4-star. I was thoroughly pleased and would jump at the chance to stay here again.

The hot shower was very enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection of teas. the location is a true advantage, with plenty of nearby restaurants open until 11pm. the room was small but cozy, with the added convenience of controlling everything from an iPad.

The room was minuscule, with the bed surrounded by walls on three sides, making it inconvenient to get up to use the bathroom during the night. Pillows were uncomfortable for sleeping, though they worked well for sitting up in bed.

With the added bonus of chamomile tea available at the 4th floor bar, it was a great choice for someone like me battling a cold. the location was fantastic, close to Millennium Park and other downtown attractions. the staff were friendly and made us feel cared for. it was a joyous experience.
