The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options like warm eggs, potatoes, and sausage with fresh salsa. the hotel's central location was convenient, and the staff was kind and helpful.

The bathroom had a lingering unpleasant smell, and the walls were thin, allowing us to hear our noisy neighbors and traffic from outside. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited when we arrived at 9am.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room setup was great, with a separate seating area making it feel more spacious. Our dog was comfortable too, which was a big plus. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and food.

There was a minor issue with housekeeping not checking on our bath linens, so we had to call down for more.

This hotel is located in a wonderful area, with easy access to restaurants and shops. I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place in Plano. The location was convenient, right off the Tollway, and I couldn't hear any noise from the highway in my clean and comfortable room on the 6th floor corner. The hotel shares a parking lot with Saltgrass Steakhouse, making it easy to grab a meal. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options like eggs, oatmeal, and waffles. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping within a mile radius. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
