The bathroom had a lingering unpleasant smell, and the walls were thin, allowing us to hear our noisy neighbors and traffic from outside. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited when we arrived at 9am.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place in Plano. The location was convenient, right off the Tollway, and I couldn't hear any noise from the highway in my clean and comfortable room on the 6th floor corner. The hotel shares a parking lot with Saltgrass Steakhouse, making it easy to grab a meal. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options like eggs, oatmeal, and waffles. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping within a mile radius. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
