The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated right next to everything, it offers easy access to all the attractions and sandy beaches that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms at this hotel are surprisingly spacious and come with not one, but two balconies! I loved being able to relax and enjoy the view of Bahia de Banderas from my own private space. It was a pleasant surprise to find a small kitchenette in my room. Having the option to prepare some meals was a great convenience.

It is just a short walk to El Malecon, the central beach walk, where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views and various activities. it is conveniently close to the night clubs in the Romanitico Zone, ensuring a vibrant nightlife experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, and well-functioning AC. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers great wifi connection, ensuring you stay connected during your trip.

The policy regarding guests is a minor inconvenience, as only one guest is allowed to be registered in a double occupancy room. This could be improved to offer more flexibility for guests.

We stayed at Rio Malecon and had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and spoke English, the prices were great, and the location was perfect - just a block from the beach. The restaurant had delicious food and the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the central location, just a block off the Malecon and close to everything. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a refreshing pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the communication before our arrival was excellent. The hotel had a restaurant attached, where we enjoyed delicious meals. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to the beach and just two blocks away from a convenience store.

The hotel had great customer service and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to assist us when we had an issue with our flight and provided us with a room last minute. the room itself was clean and comfortable, which was important during our business trip. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was close to many restaurants and tourist attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the area in our downtime.

One of the major downsides was that our room did not have a kitchen as we had reserved. This was frustrating as we prefer to cook our own meals.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was just a block away from the beach, the downtown area, and a convenience store. The hotel's facilities were also great, with a small indoor pool and a nice restaurant on-site. The staff, especially the reception staff, were very helpful during my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, and I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided organic soap and shampoo.

The location of this hotel is superb. It is situated in the heart of the city where everything is just a few steps away. Walking distance to all shops, cafes, and markets. The beach is very close, where you can spend a great day with your family. The hotel room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the service excellent. A great pool and a massage parlor on site were added bonuses.

Although the hotel had many quality amenities, there was a notable lack of parking space and no valet service.
