Stunning ocean views with easy access to vibrant attractions

The hotel offers breathtaking ocean views and is just a short walk from delightful restaurants, bars, and shops all while providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowd; I enjoyed strolling to the nearby Neptune's Park and the iconic King Neptune Statue, both less than a 10-minute walk away, and also appreciated the exceptional customer service during my stay, with friendly staff and clean, family-friendly rooms. some areas of the hotel could use a little updating, such as the slow elevators and the need for improvements to room amenities.

Excellent location in the quieter end. Strong amenities, especially the outdoor pools and live music. The staff was pleasant but lacked initiative; even the GM missed a chance for engagement in the elevator. Room cleanliness was average, with the air conditioning performing well. Breakfast was decent but should be included with the price of the rooms. The indoor pool closure was disappointing. The bathroom layout was cramped and the elevators felt outdated. Staff training is essential; there were several instances of unhelpfulness. Addressing these concerns would elevate the experience. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are necessary to truly satisfy guests.

Food by the pool was awesome. Super comfy beds and a spacious room. Hot water was always ready. The staff was super nice, especially at the front desk and valet. Indoor water fun was great, and the beach walkway was handy. Lots of close restaurants around. Fitness center was a bonus, and Danielle's cocktails were the best!

The beds and pillows were heavenly, making it so easy to recharge after a day of fun! I absolutely loved the amazing ocean view from my room—such a treat! Plus, the indoor lazy river pool was a hit with the kids—we had a blast!

Housekeeping rarely showed up, so we were stuck with overflowing trash and no fresh towels. It felt impossible to even get them on the phone when we finally needed help. So disappointing!

The oceanfront suite on the upper floor was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views. The bed was plush, ensuring a good night's sleep. In contrast, the first-floor suite we initially received was small and lacked cleanliness, with torn curtains and a cramped bathroom. The suite's temperature control was effective, but some electrical sockets in the room didn’t work. The balcony offered a lovely spot to relax, although patio chairs were flimsy. Noise levels were minimal, creating a peaceful environment. the elevators had issues, and ice availability was inconvenient. the upper suite provided a much more enjoyable experience.

The rooms were great, and the pools, movie room, and amenities were top-notch. Absolutely loved the location by the beach. Despite the front desk mix-up about the outdoor pools, which bummed out the kids a bit, the overall stay was fantastic and a shoutout to Dave Z. for making things right 🌊.

The beds are super comfy and the rooms are really big. Kids went wild in the indoor pool and lazy river, plus there’s an outdoor pool too.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get a lot for your money.

Check-in was a hassle, staff seemed unhelpful. The kids loved the water park and movie nights.
