We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our sightseeing trip, as it was conveniently located right next to a subway station. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and get to all the major attractions. The service at this place was top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the staff—from the desk clerk to the doormen—were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met and even provided us with helpful information about the area.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay at this hotel! Loved the convenient location, with the subway entrance right next to the hotel. Made it super easy to explore the city and get to all the attractions. Also, loved being close to the Madison Square Garden for events. And the best part was the abundance of Korean restaurants in the area, a foodie's paradise!

The housekeeping service was a bit inconsistent, with some days being great and others forgetting to vacuum. the bathtub shower kept getting clogged and the heater was too loud.
