The cleaning staff at Sandos Finisterra All Inclusive was not only thorough but also friendly, making our stay feel incredibly comfortable. We attended a wedding and reception at the resort, and it was a lovely event with great staff. The price of our stay was amazing, and the food was top-notch. The staff was available 24/7 and were extremely helpful with our in-room A/C unit and food requests. The beds were absolutely incredible, and our room was spacious, with a fantastic balcony. Jose, the pool waiter, kept us well-fed and supplied with beverages throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was flexible and would visit at any time of the day, which was a huge plus for us. The fridge in our room was stocked with beer and water, ensuring we never went thirsty. Don Diego, a must-try restaurant, offered breathtaking views. The executive team even surprised us with food and drinks at times. Although the food was good overall, I believe they could add more authentic options to enhance the cultural experience. Celebrating our 15th anniversary in a junior suite facing the marina was truly mind-blowing. Our first all-inclusive resort experience was worth every penny. We enjoyed spending time at the bottom pool by the beach, where Norma, our poolside server, took excellent care of us, providing drinks and food with a sweet smile. With four restaurants and a café, we had plenty of dining choices, and the wait times were impressively short. The short 15-minute walk to the marina did feel longer in the heat but was manageable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone; we absolutely loved it!

The service at Sandos was outstanding. We were impressed with the attentiveness of Christopher in the VIP pool area. He made delicious drinks and even played great music as a DJ. We loved the location of the hotel, it was right on the ocean and very close to the marina. The front desk area was always buzzing which we enjoyed. The breakfast was fresh and yummy and the rooms were big and had everything we needed. The view from our room was amazing, we could see the beach and the stunning sunsets. We also enjoyed the entertainment and the theme shows at night, lots of fun!

Some items went missing in our room, and we were a bit confused about tipping as it was an all-inclusive resort.

We were greeted by Santiago at check-in with a warm smile and refreshing drinks. The restaurant food was absolutely amazing, especially the breakfast buffet. The beach was clean and offered stunning sunsets, perfect for an evening stroll. I also enjoyed the semi-private beach, as it felt secluded and safe.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandos! The staff at the Kids Club were especially amazing, providing a fun and safe environment for our children. The food was delicious, and the facilities were always clean. The resort's location next to the marina was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

We loved this place! It was in a great location with beautiful views of the marina and the sea. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. Our waiter, Miguel and Diego, made our experience even more enjoyable. In terms of amenities, this hotel had it all - a spa, a fitness studio, beach access, and a variety of dining options. We especially enjoyed the continental breakfast and poolside snack bar.

The only area of improvement we noticed was that some of the supervisors appeared to be rude. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.
