Loved the cozy space for our mother-daughter getaway! The staff at the restaurant were proper legends, and our lil room was cute as a button. Plus, the surroundings were just stunning for a peaceful kuier spot by the lake!

Housekeeping was lacking. towels took forever.

The pool area is fabulous for families.

During my stay, I faced several disappointments that left me frustrated. The restaurant, 240 West, was uncomfortably hot and lacked adequate air conditioning, making it impossible to enjoy a meal. Additionally, the hot tub was broken, which was a letdown after a long day. The service from the staff didn't seem to resolve these issues, further detracting from my experience.

i expected a welcome gift or at least proper attention, but clearly, they have no idea what customer service means. dissapointing, truly.

The access to the family activities and the fun s'mores station by the lakeside fire pit truly made our stay memorable. The commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout the resort, enhancing our overall experience.

Chur, the spa was sweet as and the staff were heaps kind! But man, the beds were like sleeping on rocks—kinda ruined it for me, eh.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, well-maintained facilities – grewt destination for a relaxing getaway.

Enjoyed two nights in a recently upgraded King Room, with a comfortable bed and strong shower pressure. The grounds are well kept and perfect for strolling near the docks. Staff provided excellent service, quickly addressing some cleanliness issues with a personal touch. The on-site spa, stunning views, and regional jams at breakfast added to the enjoyable experience, although the room could benefit from more electrical outlets for convenience.

Cleanliness, amenities, awkwardness

Had a lovely 2-night stay in our spacious rooms. Beautiful setting, and the fancy restaurant served a delightful meal. The resort was clean, and the views were simply stunning!

But good heavens, our check-in was slower than molasses in winter! We waited ages for our rooms, and housekeeping clearly took a coffee break. or two.

Loved the variety of pools! the indoor one was huge 😍. Also, the bikes were in great shape. Enjoyed biking to Fontana Beach, just a block away! The restaurant had a delicious menu too!

Nothing to complain about.

The location provides a convenient getaway with lovely indoor and kiddie pools. I enjoyed live music at the bar, but the restaurant's food was hit or miss and overpriced. Room service fell short, and the air conditioning could use improvement. The whole experience felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

The king room was spacious, with a large TV and cozy couch. Really enjoyed the live music at the bar on site!

Felt at home, no complaints at all.

Just a reliable pick for a lightning stop in Lake Geneva with decent value for money. The pool area was a hit with my kid who loved the kiddie splash section. Try to arrive early to get decent parking close to your room.
