The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. The air conditioning, however, was located in the master bathroom, creating occasional drips that were inconvenient. We enjoyed the screened porch, adding a nice touch to our stay. While the kitchen had limited utensils, the staff quickly responded to our requests. The decor felt outdated, and some areas needed maintenance, like curtains falling off their tracks. Noise levels were acceptable, but the overall ambiance could use some freshening up. The location was easy to navigate, with ample parking available.

I was super frustrated that despite not being busy, we had to wait for our room to be ready. They only found one at the last minute, and it just didn’t feel clean or welcoming at all—such a letdown!

Room was super spacious with comfy beds. Loved the big kitchen and private bathroom. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers. On-site cafe and bar were great. Free shuttles to parks were a huge plus. Location was perfect, just 5 min from supermaket. Staff was super helpful, even post-hurricane. Housekeeping needs a little update, though.

I loved how everything was so convenient; we were just a short walk from a variety of restaurants like Outback Steakhouse and quick dining options such as McDonald's, plus grocery shopping at Publix Super Market was just a little over a kilometer away, making it super easy to pick up essentials for our stay, and for family fun, the parks and attractions were all within a short driving distance, with Manta and Infinity Falls just over 3 kilometers away, and the kids particularly enjoyed the nearby Dr P. Phillips Community Park for a lovely afternoon stroll; the accommodations were spacious and comfortable for our family, making it feel like home, but the hotel could use a touch of modernization to enhance the overall experience.

The pool area is huge and perfect for kids. They offer a shuttle service to the parks which made getting around super easy.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still worth it.

The property was conveniently close to Disney and offered a shuttle service, making it easy to get around. We appreciated the quiet location, allowing for a peaceful stay. The unit was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space for our group of five.

The kitchen supplies were lacking, with minimal utensils and cookware provided. Additionally, noise disturbances from street racing outside our window made it difficult to sleep.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was positive. Early check-in was a pleasant surprise. The accessible room was spacious, equipped with everything a family needs, including a washer and dryer. The pool was inviting, and having on-site dining options added convenience. cleanliness was an issue. Garbage from previous guests was present, and some amenities were lacking. While the pool hours were great, the noise from other guests late at night disrupted our peace. For a place that promises comfort, improvements on maintenance and attention to detail are essential. Despite the challenges, the customer service showed potential. With adjustments, this could be a top choice for families.

We faced multiple issues with cleanliness; the first room had a dead bug on the bed and the next was dirty with little bits on the sheets. The service was friendly, and the gardens were lovely, which was a plus. The pools were nice, but there were bugs floating in them. A large group of noisy kids disrupted our second night, making it hard to relax. The spacious rooms and good location were highlights, but the lack of consistent maintenance and cleanliness left a sour taste. I’m still waiting for a reimbursement after speaking with the manager.
