Great location near restaurants, shops, and bars. Friendly staff and inexpensive option. Nicely decorated, clean, and spacious room. Stylish lobby decorations. Nice rooftop pool. Helpful staff for airport transfer. No breakfast booked. Good value for money. Gorgeous room and hotel, comfortable bed. Mini-balcony with "hamaquita" was a nice surprise. Romantic package with wine and chocolates. Reception staff provided helpful recommendations. Fantastic rooftop pool area, encouraged to bring own bottle of wine. Big room, rooftop with small swimming pool, good wifi.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and very clean. We loved the fact that our room was upgraded and had a Jacuzzi on the balcony, which was amazing. The included breakfast at the restaurant next door was good and there was a nice variety. The hotel is located very close to the main street where all the happening takes place, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach. We were able to park our car directly in the hotel's garage for free, which was great. The rooftop pool area was fantastic, and most of the time we had it all to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a special request for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to set up the room beautifully. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Nancy and her team , were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room I stayed in was super nice and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location near 5th Avenue was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen. Additionally, the hotel was pretty close to the beautiful Mamita's beach, which was a major plus. The breakfast served at a nearby authentic cafe was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

The location was fantastic, just a block away from the main street, with a bank and supermarket within walking distance. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with nice touches like a towel swan and rose petals on the bed. The rooftop pool area was a great place to relax, and the breakfast had a delicious variety of choices.

Despite being close to the lively Avenida Quinta, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Transportation from the airport was hassle-free and worth the cost. I had a wonderful time and would be happy to return.

The wifi did not reach all areas of the hotel, and we had to go to the lobby to use it. Additionally, there was a sewer smell in the bathroom on the first day, although it was fixed quickly.
