We had a great stay at a hotel near downtown. the rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff provided top-notch service. the location was in a beautiful neighborhood, with convenient access to popular establishments like Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and the subway. Despite ongoing construction, the staff was prompt and courteous. Our short stay may have been limited, but the experience at Claridge House was wonderful.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a great location for a few days. It was within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Additionally, using Uber to explore downtown and other areas was incredibly convenient. Despite the hotel being a bit old, the room was cozy and spacious, and most importantly, it was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the opportunity to experience this amazing city.

The room was the perfect size, clean, and had a comfy bed. The AC worked well. The hotel staff were excellent and the location was exquisite. There were great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood.

We loved staying in this hotel! It is situated in a very nice area of Chicago, with beautiful old houses and interesting shops nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and had a charming atmosphere. Our room was updated and comfortable, with a walk-in shower and lovely linens. The view of the city from our room was amazing, we could see the Sears Tower and Hancock spires. The hotel also had a great cafe where we could grab a bite to eat anytime. the location and amenities of this place were top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was solid, as it was close to many great places. The room was small yet very comfortable, with amenities like heating and air conditioning, a television, and a safe. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, from top to bottom. the service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

I did notice a slight smell of marijuana outside of my room at night, which was a bit unpleasant. However, I still highly recommend this hotel to others for its outstanding service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with everything I wanted to see and visit within a 15-minute walk radius. The hotel is situated in a fantastic area of town, in the Gold Coast neighborhood. From here, I could easily explore the Magnificent Mile, the Chicago River, Millennium Park, and Navy Pier. The hotel was also close to many attractions, such as the History Museum, Charnly House, Wacker Houses, and Astor Road. I loved being able to explore the charming old houses and interesting shops in the area.

The location was excellent, close to downtown, family, and great restaurants. The room was nicely appointed with an extra blanket. The check-in staff was attentive and texted to ensure everything was okay. The hotel had minimal disposable toiletries and no room entry during the stay.

We walked into the hotel and were immediately greeted by the friendly front desk staff. They were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even upgraded our room to the 11th floor, which had an amazing view! The location of the hotel was also perfect, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. I had a great experience at Claridge House and would definitely recommend it.

Convenient location near restaurants, lake, and downtown. Expensive parking, but easy in and out. Early check-in and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with good beds. Nice lobby and lounge area with a bar. Close to public transportation and amenities.

The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, especially considering the price. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, but still close to restaurants and bars.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the bathroom was incredibly small and there was hardly any space to put my toiletries.
