We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect as it was right in downtown and within walking distance of other restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed being so close to Old Town and Chinatown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel provided excellent service, from the friendly and attentive staff to the convenient room amenities. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a balcony that offered stunning views. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, allowing us to relax and work in peace. The hotel's leisure facilities, including the pool and sun terrace, added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

I loved how close the hotel was to the Golden 1 Center. The rooftop pool was beautiful, even though I didn't get a chance to swim. The valet staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. The room was comfortable and the lobby was inviting. I also enjoyed the free happy hour. The location was great, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The parking was confusing and the garage was unavailable due to construction. Splitting charges between two cards was a hassle.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff, especially Chris at the front desk, provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were incredibly quiet and we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The location of this place is unbeatable. It is situated right next to the Golden 1 Center, making it incredibly convenient for attending concerts or events. Additionally, it is within walking distance of Old Sacramento and Chinatown, making it the perfect spot for exploring the city. We also loved the refreshments provided throughout the day, including coffee in the morning and juice/wine and snacks in the afternoon. The pet-friendly policy is a plus, even though we don't have a pet ourselves.

We had a great city trip and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the facilities were nice and the hotel looked very clean. We also appreciated the early check-in option, as it allowed us to settle in and start exploring the city sooner. the pool area was a highlight, with clean towels and sunscreen provided for guests. We loved lounging by the pool and taking in the sunshine.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly like during our stay. the staff was respectful but not overly friendly, which would have added a more welcoming atmosphere.

I recently stayed at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel for a Golden One event and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for the event, and I loved the atmosphere and design of the hotel. The bar and bartenders at O&I were exceptional, and the host and server at the restaurant were attentive even during a busy evening. The Kimpton Sawyer Hotel truly stands out as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, with its top-notch architecture, art, pool area, interior gardens, and dog-friendly attitude.

This hotel is located right across from the Golden 1 Center which was perfect for the concert we attended. The staff was friendly and our room had all the basic amenities we needed. Breakfast was included in our stay which was a nice bonus.

This hotel was good for the price.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated near the Golden One Arena. the rooms were modern and comfortable, with a minimalistic design that I really enjoyed. the staff, from the valet service to the front desk employees, were beyond amazing and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the complimentary wine happy hour, a nice touch during my Christmas stay.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the sliding bathroom doors didn't offer much privacy, which was a bit inconvenient.

The value for the money was great and the room was beautiful, spacious, and had a nice view of the State Capital from the balcony. The location was perfect, especially for attending events at Golden One Arena, and the staff at the front desk and bellhop were super friendly and helpful. The added bonus of a wine and champagne tasting in the evening was awesome.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, but overall, it didn't affect my stay.
