I was drawn in by the location and clean rooms, perfect for a family getaway. The dark curtains ensured restful nights, while the proximity to attractions was a big plus. A few staff were less knowledgeable, but the overall experience was relaxing. Worth considering if you're after a convenient place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel! The room was spacious and featured a lovely balcony with a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and air conditioning, which were perfect for cooling down after a long day exploring the area. The staff were nice and accommodating, which made my stay even better.

The check-in process took a while.

The room had a nice spa tub where I could soak but the cleaning was questionable, stains on my bed linens caught my eye. Honestly, I'd tried calling for housekeeping several times but no one came, made me feel a bit like I was invisible.

Yeah the price wasn't low but I guess I expected more for what I paid.

Great location near the riverfront and city attractions, outstanding staff service, and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar. The room was clean and cozy. The amenities by the pool were a nice touch.

A minor downside was the slow check-in process, and it would be preferable to have dinner options available more consistently.
