We were blown away by the beautiful resort at Westin. The pools, tennis courts, gym, and beach were all amazing. The highlight of our trip, however, was the fantastic service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A special shout out to our Bellman Oscar Barajas for going above and beyond for us. We can't thank him enough. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Westin provided the best experience in Cancun with their amazing staff and beautiful hotel suite. The views were breathtaking and the amenities, including a kitchenette and washer dryer, were top-notch. We were blown away by the service and can't wait to return!

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the beach. The pool area was fantastic, with a swim-up bar and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful beach that stretched for miles and a shopping center nearby. We also appreciated the delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The tours organized by the hotel were quite expensive, so we decided to book them elsewhere. during our visit, there was an issue with algae in the sea, which affected the entire area.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel truly exceed expectations. the infinity pool overlooking the beachfront is breathtaking, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the spa & wellness centre was top-notch; I was thoroughly impressed with the expert massage and sauna facilities.

As for the negative aspect, the only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the snack bar.

As bike riders, we loved the proximity to the beach and how uncrowded it was. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It had a sitting area, kitchenette, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. the three pools on the hotel grounds were also stunning, with easy access to the beautiful beach and clear blue water. the location was also great, with a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away.

We encountered a few negative aspects during our stay. the pool bar staff were slow and rude, and the wait staff at the pool restaurant were also quite slow.

the hotel boasts a fantastic location right across from La Isla mall. This makes it incredibly convenient, with numerous great restaurants within walking distance. The on-site restaurant also provides delicious meals, and the staff from the concierge to the pool boy offer exceptional service. Additionally, the beautiful pools and well-equipped suites enhance the overall experience.

The seaweed on the private beach was a big disappointment, with no staff clearing it while neighboring hotels had teams dedicated to this task. One guest even suffered bites and needed medical treatment, which ruined their holiday.

The rooms were nicely appointed with excellent views of the ocean. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and waterfront restaurants. We also enjoyed the fantastic bathroom with a bath and the comfortable bed in our one-bedroom villa.

It was a shame that the main pool and jacuzzi were closed for remodelling and we weren't informed about it before checking in. However, the facilities that were open were still really good.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with shops and restaurants. The public bus stop right in front of the hotel makes it easy and affordable to get around. The staff is excellent - friendly and helpful. The room has a great view of the ocean and a kitchenette. The pools are nice and the perfect temperature. The beach is large with white sand and plenty of space to relax.

Our room was initially not what we expected, but the staff at the front desk, specifically Daniel and Mauricio, were able to relocate us to a room with a fantastic view. The property itself was beautiful and had plenty of activities for guests. The kitchenette in our room was also a plus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. I would recommend this hotel.
