zoetry is a true gem! the staff were outstanding, especially ivan and martin, who helped me recover my wallet. the private boat ride adds a special touch, and the spa offers some of the best massages in the area. the food at casa rolandi was excellent too, making for a delightful dining experience.

room service could use some improvement.

The property needed a renovation with some areas feeling dated!!! The gym is underwhelming for a resort!!! Water leakage issues from shower doors are inconvenient!!! The beach area is disappointingly small!!!

the beach area felt a bit small. We enjoyed the excellent service, particularly from the pool staff who kept us refreshed with drinks. The food was delicious, especially the ceviche, but we faced some housekeeping issues that detracted from our experience.

I had an amazing experience thanks to the fantastic staff, including Ivan and Martin, who even helped me recover my wallet! The poolside service from Jabar and Orlando made our days even more enjoyable.

However, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. While the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, the menu felt mediocre at best, and I was left wanting more in terms of variety and quality.

The staff were sweet as, especially by the pool! Just wished the beach area was bigger and cleaner. Still, heaps of fun overall!

The service was like nothing I've ever seen, they picked us up on their personal boat and even served bubbles on the ride over. I felt like a VIP when I walked out my sliding glass doors to a patio just steps away from the pool and beach.

It wasn't inexpensive but worth every penny.

Spent a week at this amazing place! The ocean view was breathtaking from my suite. Loved the bar/lounge area by the pool – perfect for sipping drinks. Just wished the shower doors didn’t leak water all over. But honestly, the food was always on point, and the service was super quick. Totally made it worth it!

the staff at zoetry are incredibly attentive,, from the bar service to the poolside staff. the gardens are beautifully kept with tropical flowers lining the walkways, making every corner feel inviting. the food is exceptional, especially the restaurant dinners.

rooms need minor refreshing and bed comfort could improve.

Had an amazing time enjoying the mouthwatering meals and the cozy jacuzzi on the terrace! The beach access was fantastic, and I loved lounging by the clean pools. Just a heads up, some areas could use a little update, but it really didn’t take away from the experience. 😊
