The room was large and sunny, with a good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast tasted well, and the hotel offered a free room upgrade. A great option for business travelers and tourists alike.

We had an amazing stay! Cleanliness, facilities, and location were top-notch. The hotel is conveniently situated in the central area, perfect for exploring the Trans-Mongolian Express. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area, though small and crowded, did not hinder our enjoyment.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. They had a great selection of food and the omelette made to order was a big hit. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for me. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. the staff made a lot of mistakes, such as not cleaning my room for a whole day and incorrectly ordering a taxi for my airport transfer.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Best Western Premier in Ulaanbaatar. The location was perfect, just steps away from the city square. The staff at the front desk were warm and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered a variety of good restaurants where I enjoyed delicious meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay in Ulaanbaatar.

The central location provided stunning views of the Presidential Palace and Parliament from my room on the 25th floor. The bustling city traffic below made me feel like I was in a bustling metropolis like Manhattan or Hong Kong. The spacious room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a strong WiFi signal. The shower over the bath was hot and refreshing. The breakfast room on the third floor offered a wide variety of delicious American and Asian cuisine.

We loved the convenient location in the city center. The hotel was right in the center of town next to Sukhbaatar Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Our stay at the Best Western Premier was fantastic. The bellhop went above and beyond by not only delivering our bags but also taking the time to explain the quirks of our room. The room itself had excellent amenities, including complementary bottles of water, radiant heat bathroom floors, and comfortable beds. The water pressure was great, and we appreciated the robes and slippers provided. The room service was surprisingly fast and well-priced, and the hotel even prepared a complementary to-go breakfast for us because we had an early departure. We also loved the clever carpet in the elevator that tells you what day of the week it is. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful base to recharge after touring Mongolia.

The cab and shuttle services provided by the hotel were quite expensive compared to other options. Additionally, we found an old apple core under the bed, which was unpleasant.
